Find out Your Constellation

Friday, October 16th, 2009

Your ruling constellation is the one where the Moon is located at the time of your birth. This can be easily found by an astronomical sky map at the time of your birth. If you are not sure you can contact an astronomer to trace the Moon at the time of your birth. The Moon traverses to about 18 constellations in its ecliptic journey. The Astronomical Institute of Utrecht University in Germany has calculated the average number of days out of 1000 days the moon is posited in a particular constellation. In addition to the Twelve Zodiacal Constellations, the Moon also visits Five Non-Zodiacal Constellations. Moreover, the Moon also touches the Corvus (Crow) constellation seldom that I have ignored this constellation. What are your Stars?

Wednesday, October 14th, 2009

Everyone is born under a Star. This star is generally called as “birth star”. The birth star can be one of great significance in the sky bringing you favourable cosmics all the way or just a minor star of little consequence. In the latter case you can check for other stars to guide you. In this blog post I explain how you should look for your stars so that you can improve your lifestyle.

1. Birth Star

Birth Star is found from the location of the Moon in the sky map at the time of your birth. Most of the time, the Moon would be sighting a celestial object, which can be a Star, Planet, Cluster or Nebulae; the last two are referred to as Deep Sky Objects (DSO). For easy convenience we use the word Star, and call this as “Birth Star”. Once you have identified the birth star you can check whether the star is indeed your lucky one bringing you favourable cosmics. You can get a primer on this subject by reading two of my blog posts:

Your Lucky Star – Astronomical Considerations

Your Lucky Star – Cosmic Considerations

If the star identified by you is indeed the lucky one you can stop forthwith and adopt the star as your “Birth Star”. If not proceed to item Two “Lucky Star” below.

2. Lucky Star

You can check the sky map for location of planets other than the Moon in the following order: Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Sun, Venus and Mercury. Here there is a restriction; these planets can only sight a fixed star and not other celestial objects such as other planet, cluster or nebulae.

Once a star is identified, you stop forthwith and adopt the star as your “Lucky Star”. If not proceed to item Three “Rising Star” below.

3. Rising Star

You can check the sky map for the star that was rising at the time of your birth. Once a star is identified, you stop forthwith and adopt the star as your “Rising Star”. If not proceed to item Four “Culminating Star”.

4. Culminating Star

You can check the sky map for the star that was culminating at the time of your birth. Culmination means a star crossing your local meridian. Once the culminating star is identified you stop forthwith and adopt the star as your “Culminating Star”.

These are easy steps for you to find out your stars; in case of difficulty you can get in touch with an astronomer in your area to guide you in this regard. If you are born in locations above 33 degree north in latitude or below 33 degree south in latitude, you should check for stars that never rise or set for your locations.

Once you are thorough with this exercise you can even adopt all the four type of stars: Birth Star, Lucky Star, Rising Star and Culminating Star. Until then you satisfy with a single one.

Penis Vagina Compatibility, How to get about?

Tuesday, October 13th, 2009

Compatibility in sex and marriage rests on several anchors; chief amongst these is Penis Vagina Compatibility, a subject shrouded in mystery and misunderstanding. Though most of you are concerned about this subject, you do not find an open discussion forum for this. This lacuna is now filled with this blog post. Let me explain the subject of Penis Vagina Compatibility in simple manner, so that you can understand the cosmics of Penis and Vagina and improve your lifestyle and perhaps save your marriage from the rocks.

Understanding Penis

Penis is referred to as “Lingam” in Sanskrit “Phallus” in Greek and “Fard” in Arabic. The important analysis of the Penis is to determine its size. The size consists of three sub-topics: Length, Girth (thickness), and Shape. Normally penis length ranges between 3 to 9 inches on erection. The girth (thickness) generally varies between 2.4 to 5.8 inches of circumference. The girth must be measured on the cone, on the base and on the middle of the penis known as stem. Penis comes in different shapes; generally it takes the shapes of Cone, Phallus, Triangle, Rounded, Flat, Lean, Fleshy, Long & thick and Small & thin and so on.

On the basis of the size and cosmics, penis can be divided into six types: Eros, Ares, Apollo, Zeus, Dionysus and Priapus. The first five are named after Greek Gods, who incidentally had fairly small penis compared to their physique. The last type was named after the Roman God of Fertility, who had an unusually longer penis. The penis unlike the vagina can be measured and analyzed for its size, length, girth and shape so that you can determine the type by yourself. In case of any difficulties you can consult an urologist for help and advice. For a fuller description of the penis read my blog post by clicking “Sex and Your Penis

Understanding Vagina

Referred to as “Yoni” in Sanskrit, Vagina is a sacred and secret part of a woman’s body. The type of vagina is determined on the basis of cosmics that cover both body elements and the features surrounding vagina. There are five body elements: Fire, Spirit, Air, Water and Earth. The features cover three aspects: Opening, Passage and the Base. Opening can be soft or tight; Passage can be wide or narrow; Base can be deep or shallow.

On the basis of body elements and vagina features we have twelve types of vagina. These types are named after animals, a reptile and a rodent. The twelve types of vagina are: Elephant, Camel, Horse, Tiger, Ox, Dog, Deer, Cat, Snake, Monkey, Hare and Rat. For a fuller description of the vagina read my blog post by clicking “Types of Yoni for Sex and Marriage

As vagina is hidden and most part of it is inside the body of a woman, it cannot be measured or analyzed. Hence, type of vagina is arrived by an indirect method. There are two methods:

1. Firstly study a woman’s birth characteristics to find out the body elements: Fire, Spirit, Air, Water and Earth so that you can reasonably determine the type of vagina. This is done by understanding the relationship between the Planet Moon with a woman. You have to find out where the Moon was placed in the sky at the time of her birth. I consider, Lunation Cycle, Moon Mansions known in Arabic as” Manzils”, and the Constellation in which the Moon is located at the time of her birth for this purpose

2. Secondly study the woman’s physiognomy; this part is known as “Samudhrika Lakshana” in Sanskrit and “Alamth” in Arabic. This study would lead to the understanding of vagina features of Opening, Passage and Base so that you can easily determine the type of vagina. It would be better to study static physiognomy such as the hip and dynamic physiognomy such as the manner of walking. I analyse a full length picture of a woman when she is not personally present.

Compatibility Table

I am suggesting the following compatibility table:

Eros – Snake, Monkey, Hare, Rat

Ares – Tiger, Dog, Cat

Apollo – Horse, Ox, Deer

Zeus – All types

Dionysus- All types except Monkey, Hare and Rat

Priapus- Elephant, Camel, Ox

The Six Chakras in your Body

Monday, October 5th, 2009

You walk into a new supermarket in search of a can of caviar. Within few seconds you are guided to the shelf close to the rack where it is stacked; neither had you read any display nor you asked an assistant to find it for you. How this happened? Is it Intuition, intelligence, experience or an uncanny habit you possess that made this possible? You did it because your chakras in your body are working in perfect harmony. There are Six Chakras in your body. Let me give a broad brush stroke of the Six Chakras, their cosmics and how they influence your lifestyle.

1. Base Chakra

This Chakra is known as “Nafs” in Arabic and is located in solar plexus just below your navel. This chakra takes the form of five pointed star or pentagram. This is the only chakra in the body that is stationary. Beaming in red colour the chakra ranges between crimson to blood red. It generates five types of energy via each point of the pentagram: Fire, Spirit, Air, Water and Earth. Fire spews out up from the base chakra onto your right side torso to activate your cylinders of action. Fire also engulfs the Soul Chakra located on your right side of your chest. Spirit from the centre of the pentagon is sprayed directly upward to make you spirited in a given circumstance. Spirit also encompasses the Middle located in the middle of your Chest. Air is pumped from the base chakra to the left side of your torso to fashion your thought process. Air also surrounds the Mind chakra located in the left side of your chest. Water gushes down from the base chakra towards the left leg to give you liquidity. Water also inundates the left hip, which is the junction of sexual power. Finally, Earth falls from the base chakra to the right leg to give you solidity. Earth also covers the right hip, which is the junction of physical prowess.

Cosmics

This chakra symbolizes the Arabic and Hebrew alphabet of “Hei”. The chakra’s red colour gives you stimulus in life, sports or business. However, your vibrations are related to body only, thinking part takes back seat. Although red protects you and nourishes you it cannot balance itself. Red leads to heightened activity, without cosmic balance. If the base chakra is working in harmony and well proportioned you become an active, successful and practical person enjoying both family life and business life. If it does not you are beset with problems of grounding yourself, sexually weak or violent, dysfunctional person who will mar his family as well as business life.

2. Mind Chakra

This chakra is known as ““Qalb” in Arabic, is located on your left side of your chest. The chakra takes the form of eight pointed star or octagram. At different times, this star rotates either clockwise or anti clockwise. Not only that it wobbles a lot going up and down within a range. Hence this chakra is the most fluid ones amongst the six chakras. Though the chakra flashes yellow as the base colour, the cosmics range between light yellow to beige colour on the negative side and magenta to violet on the positive side. The chakra has command over your entire thought process.

Cosmics

This chakra symbolizes the Arabic alphabet “Hay” (un-stressed H) and Hebrew alphabet Chet. This chakra denotes all functions of forming, analysing, joining, dissecting and synthesizing. The chakra’s yellow colour generates positive and negative vibrations in same wavelength. That is why yellow is called “the great equalizer”. If the Soul chakra is working in harmony then: it makes you think positively; it moderates sex and lust; it equalizes your thoughts and actions; it eliminates your depression; finally it builds up your steadfastness and energy. More than that, it gives you ability to think fast and find your way out fast. If the Mind chakra is not in harmony you are prone to wilful actions, negative thoughts, wavering quality, criminality, evasive behaviour, emotional flare-up, indecisiveness and chronic depressions.

3. Soul Chakra

This chakra is known as ““Ruh” in Arabic, is located on your right side of your chest. The chakra takes the form of nine pointed star or ennegram. This star rotates anti clock wise. Even though the base colour of the chakra is blue, it generates cosmics in combination of colour rays including the ones in the rainbow. Mostly these cosmic rays could take the shades of green, sea-green, turquoise, sky-blue to dark blue. These cosmics are targeted towards the Mind chakra to the left chest and are in-visible. From the birth till his death, a person receives trillions of cosmic colour darts from the soul chakra.

Cosmics

This chakra symbolizes the Arabic alphabet “The” (Unstressed T) and Hebrew alphabet Tet. The chakra’s blue colour represents Inspiration, devotion, fidelity, friendship, trusts and confidence, aspects that keep human race moving forward. Appreciating beauty, wisdom, faithfulness, intuition and intelligence are other aspects. If the Soul chakra is working in harmony and its cosmics are well received by the Mind chakra you are in perfect control of your body, mind and soul. You are like a person who combines the features of an angel with a Superman from the cartoons. If the soul chakra is not in harmony it leads you to a soul- less person, fearful, fretful and a person unworthy of love and friendship. Sometimes you may turn out to be a cruel despot.

4. Middle Chakra

This Chakra is known as “Sirru” in Arabic meaning “mystery” and is located in the middle of the chest just above the straight line between Soul and Mind chakras. This chakra takes the form of six pointed star or hexagram. It is pure white in colour and rotates clockwise in a slow pace. This is the slowest amongst the rotating chakra. This chakra is the only one communicating with the divine world receiving and sending communication. In the Euphrates culture it was equated to the zodiacal sign Cancer which functioned as the gateway for the souls to enter this world. The middle chakra is a straight-forward one like a vertical line; it divides everything into two compartments: right and wrong; truth and un-truth; black and white.

Cosmics

This chakra symbolizes the Arabic and Hebrew alphabet “Vav”. This chakra denotes a gateway or a junction where the commands received from the heaven are being channelized to other chakras in the body. The beginning, sustaining and ending of a person’s life span is indicated here. If the chakra is working in harmony then you are an angel donning the human clothes: you have the spiritual and worldly wisdom in thoughts and action. You have perfect balance and a knack of timing. You always move up in the ladder and take many others along with you in financial and family progress not to mention inner satisfaction. If the Middle chakra is not in harmony you are on your own and responsible for your actions. Friends and relatives shun you as a devil. You are never in peace: either rolling in the bed with anger or anxiety or harping for revenge and vindictiveness. However, this chakra is such that whether it works in harmony or not you will get famous or notoriety for your behaviour and actions.

5. Forehead Chakra

This chakra is known as “Aqfa” in Arabic meaning ‘Veiled” and is located on your fore-head between your both eyes. The chakra takes the form of twelve pointed star or dodegram. This star rotates clock wise faster than the Middle chakra. At the same time it flashes one of the twelve cosmic colours namely: red, orange, yellow, green, sea-green, turquoise, sky-blue, blue, purple, magenta, violet and white. This chakra shines brighter than other chakras and has the power to magnetize, mesmerize, dazzle or burn anyone who comes into his presence. The energy generated takes the form of electrical, magnetic and telepathic energy that cannot be properly recorded or verified by any scientific equipment.

Cosmics

If this chakra is in harmony you are a charismatic person with inner calmness and outer composure. People are drawn to you for advice and assistance. Your work schedule is full, but the end of the day you are still fresh and cheery. You can shine like a star in your chosen field of activity. If the Forehead chakra is not in harmony you tend to become egoistic and dogmatic person forcing your views and ways on others. You are a politician of George Bush and Tony Blair ilk.

6. Crown Chakra

This chakra is known as “Qafi” in Arabic meaning “More Veiled “and is located on your middle of your head. This chakra takes the form of 72 pointed star or septua-duogram. It has un-known colour combinations not intelligible to human understanding. The unique feature of this chakra is that it opens up towards the end of a person’s life. Once it is opened it never shuts until the person’s demise. These points in the star are known as “Leelah” in Hinduism, “Lailah” in Hebrew, and “Noor” in Arabic; these points denote the level of spiritual status achieved by a person. Those who have their chakras opened go as “Rishis” in Hinduism and as “Saints “in Christianity & Islam. This chakra is beyond human analysis and we can safely leave it to the will of the God Almighty.

Megan Fox, what her Knee reveals?

Tuesday, August 11th, 2009

Megan Fox is the toast of media for quite some time. On June 8, she became the heart throb of the world when she appeared in the Premiere of the Film “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” in Tokyo wearing a fantastic purple coloured gown revealing her right thigh downward. I looked at this picture and the subsequent ones taken in Seoul and Berlin premiers of this Film. These pictures reveal high cosmic power of Megan Fox, the fascinatingly beautiful American actress. I share my thoughts with my readers. Let me pay courtesy to http://www.huffingtonpost.com from whose pages I have culled the pictures of Megan Fox.

Megan Fox, Bio Snippets

Megan Denise Fox was born on May 16, 1986 in Rockwood, Tennessee. A mix of genetics from Irish, French, Italian and Cherokee make this Celebrity slim and beautiful. Though she grew up in a poor family she was able to finish her high school and at the same time learning the brass tacks of acting and dancing. Standing tall at five and half feet, she is already billed as the sexiest women by magazines such as Maxim and FHM. Her lifestyle of having tattoos in her body has raised eyebrows in the normally permissive Hollywood. According to one count there are nine of these tattoos; one in the inner right forearm depicting the face of late Marilyn Monroe is worthy of note. “Tattoos are not limited to sailors” she has said” “It’s a fine art; I find it beautiful; I like it”. She has been too frank about sex as well, admitting that “I have the libido of a 15 year old boy” (Emphasis added). In another instance she has said “I really enjoy having sex, and that’s offensive to some people. Women are quickest to call other women sluts, which is sad”. http://www.meganfox.net

Her first film “Holiday in the sun” was released in 2001 launching her into one of the successful career as a star. Her break came through with “Transformers” released in 2007. She has acted in few other films as well. Her latest hits are “Jennifer’s Body and “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen”. She is a talented artist with a matching beauty to go with it.

Cosmics of Knee

According to physiology the knee is of an unstable structure. It supports the body weight of a person when he stands, walk about, run or kick a football. The knee connects the thigh bone and shin bone popularly known as shank. But cosmically, the knee downward to the foot is a source of basic cosmic energy that keeps a person alive. The earth energy is generated from the right leg and the water energy is made from the left leg. These energy flows are transported via the knees to the entire body. The knee reveals a lot of secrets of a person. Let us analyse the cosmic power of the knee of Megan Fox looking at the following pictures:

Megan Fox: Picture one

clip_image001

1. The Knee is shaped like the face of a horse; you can see the glow of the knee-cap which has slight caving in both right and left side at the top; the aura of reddish – crimson flows out and in association with the colour of purple dress amplifies a majestic look. A horse trader would immediately look at this sign in the knee of any horse

2. She is undoubtedly connected to a horse in terms of cosmics. Fast and action films are her forte. She would drive happiness in using her footwork in dancing and in action scenes of films. She is an excellent rider of horse, if she mounts one. Besides, her interest in tattoos is also partly driven from this simile

3. She is remotely connected to royalty via her father; my guess is it must be either Cherokee or to the French aristocracy

Megan Fox: Picture Two

clip_image002

4. In order to test this finding I looked at her left knee shown in Picture two. You can notice the same features being replicated in her left knee as well with a remarkable difference. The left knee gives out more reddish rays than her right knee. Moreover the shank of her left leg is straighter. It means she has high sexual power with a combination of earth, water and fire bestowing raw power of a 15 year old boy. She also has more male power which translates into her infatuation with actress such as late Marilyn Monroe and styling with actress like Angelina Jolie

Megan Fox: Picture Three

clip_image003

5. A side view of both her knees with right leg forward in full grace show a well rounded shape accompanied with a slight dip in the lower part of right knee and more than compensating flourish in the upper knee demonstrating that she has a life of rag to riches

Megan Fox: Picture Four

clip_image004

6. Finally, the same picture seen from the front in an upside down V formation of the knees sets alarm bells ringing. You can notice that physiologists may be damned right. Knees are of unstable structure. She must guard against any injury to one of her knees, specially the left one. Let me once again bring the horse simile. Most horses end their life with broken knees.

Sex and Your Penis

Thursday, August 6th, 2009

One of the irritating spam mails you receive in your inbox is the solicitation for giving you an enlarged penis provided you part with big chunk of money. The craze for penis enlargement is such that, there is a thriving industry consisting of quite a lot of quacks and of course few genuine medical professionals. “Does  length of penis matter” is a question discussed in many forums. I believe that size has some relevance but it cannot be taken in isolation. There are several aspects that make for a satisfactory and enjoyable sex in your lifestyle. In this blog post I am describing these aspects and detail the six types of penis. Check your one among these.

Size of Penis

In the modern times, men do not have giant size penis that was the subject of study and sometimes worship in ancient cultures. Hindus had lingam (penis) worship from time immemorial. This lingam known as Phallus in Greek mythology was fascinatingly large. Ironically in Greek sculptures, the Gods were presented with fairly small penis. The only exception comes from Roman tradition where the Roman God of fertility Priapus was portrayed as having a long penis. The story is very much amusing. Priapus son of Aphrodite and Dionysus was courting Lotis a nymph who repulsed his advances. Determined to have her, Priapus stealthily approached her during night to have sex with her. At this moment an ass brayed and Lotis awoke. She chased him away. Priapus with his log penis erect was running to the amusement of all the gods; so goes the story.

We can analyze the size of penis In terms of length, girth (thickness), shape and cosmics.

Length

The length of penis is generally between 3 to 9 inches. It is measured while the penis is erect and straight. You have to take a foot rule and place it on the top of the penis one end touching the pelvic area; the other end perpendicular to your penis cone. Take the reading two to three times to get the exact measure. If your penis is less than 3 inches it is better for you to talk with an urologist regarding the condition known as micropenis; if it measures more than 9 inches then you have to take extra care as you are one of the few people on earth who has this luxury and perhaps liability.

Girth

The thickness of penis generally varies between 2.4 to 5.8 inches of circumference. Moreover, the girth on the cone can be exceptionally high in certain circumstances. You should measure the girth on the cone, on the base and the middle of the penis known as stem. Record this reading and as I said earlier take two to three readings.

Shape

Both length and girth determine the shape of penis. Hence penis comes in different shapes; all the shapes cannot be covered in a blog post. Generally the shapes are:

1. Conic Boom– a well rounded cone in front with a tapering base

2. Real Phallus a rounded cone, thick stem and thick base

3. Triangle a pointed cone, fair stem and strong base.

Other shapes include rounded, flat, lean, fleshy; long and thick or small and thin; alternately it can be long and lean or short and thick. The permutation is endless.

Cosmics of Penis

Though length, girth and shape do have a bearing on your side, you must understand that you are having sex with a partner whose needs have to be taken into count. However much your penis is strong in terms of length, girth and shape it does not drive the women crazy. On the contrary a long penis might frighten a woman rather than entice her. That is why you need to know the cosmics of penis. Many women rate a penis best when it is driven by cosmics taking her to heaven. For example a hairy, dark penis softly landing in the hands of a cajoling woman leads her to ecstasy well before it actually penetrates her vagina. Most women do touch and fondle penis before the intercourse begins.

Types of Penis

1. Eros Penis: - Named after the Greek god of Eros (Roman god of Cupid), son of Aphrodite the goddess of love and Ares the god of war. Eros is known for unmitigated lust and intercourse and his romantic love with Psyche is well known. Standing erect between 3 to 4 inches in length, it symbolizes a passionate lover without a strong drive or sustaining power. In most cases it is “the spirit is willing and the flesh does not” scenario. As the penis grows old it can only enjoy sex mentally rather than physically. Quick ejaculation is the order of the day. Though the penis does not perform in the bed it has a compensatory factor in the form of a loving husband or partner. Many such Eros are very faithful to their wives and partners. Eros who have conic shape penis could do well specially if they target the vulva of the vagina making the women ride on pleasure. Partners of Eros generally do not complain unless the penis is so lean and listless that it cannot even harness the clitoris of women. Please note that, the vulva and clitoris are within 4 inches of the mouth of the vagina.

2. Ares Penis: - Though Ares is the Greek god of war (Romans called him Mars) and being son of Zeus and Hera he has equal felicity in war and vagina. Standing erect between 4 to 5 inches, Ares is the master of the realm. Ares mixes passion with pleasure and generally performs well in the bed. Since passion precedes performance the penis ideally should be a triangle with pointed cone, fair stem and a strong base. This stimulates narrow virginal passage and then cuppers it with the thick base. Where its cone is thick ejaculation could be faster and could mar happiness. This can be avoided by stimulating the vaginal passage on the mouth of the vagina a lot. Sadly, Ares generally do not have real phallus. To compensate Aries may be hairy or with an appealing body odour.

3. Apollo Penis: – Named after the all-rounder god Apollo, son of Zeus and Leto; Apollo is known for many things good in life including happy marriage and enjoyable sex. Apollo stands erect between 5 to 6 inches, the most versatile one among the penis. Generally it is phallic with rounded cone, thick stem and thick base. Apollo has an un-harming smile on the cone and an appealing smell. It puts many women at ease; they tend to play with it for sometime. When it comes to real performance Apollo never hesitates; it completely covers the vagina no matter whether small or big. Many vaginas would accommodate an Apollo either by contracting or expanding the passage. Ecstasy is the order of the day. Even a hyper-sex vagina would fly to heaven with an Apollo. Some women need stimulation of cervix deep inside the vagina for orgasm. Apollo can do this marvellously well. Hence, partners are very faithful to Apollo.

4. Zeus Penis: - Named after the Greek god of Zeus (Roman god Jupiter), Zeus penis is the king among the entire world of penis. Mythologically, Zeus is the Lord of the Sky and usurper of the Earth. Similarly Zeus subjugates a wife and callously ravishes other vaginas whom it can lay its penis on. Standing erect between 6 to 7.4 inches, Zeus is a master craftsman. Zeus is long and thick and generally has a constitution of real phallus or conic boom appearance, it can scorch any vagina. Such was its power that vaginas just give in to the Zeus. Many Zeus pregnate women without any qualm or quarter. Why women worship Lingam? You can ask the question from a Zeus.

5. Dionysus Penis: - Named after Dionysus, son of Zeus and his mistress Semele; Dionysus was born twice, so to speak. First birth was when Zeus took him out of Semele’s womb and stitched him in his own thigh. Second birth was from the thigh of Zeus later. Hence, Dionysus has the power to give orgasm to any type of women. The phenomenal double orgasm of vagina takes place when Dionysus penis gets its way into the vagina. Standing erect between 7.4 inches to 9.0 inches, Dionysus is the all-rounder with all three shapes: real phallus, conic boom or triangle shape. Dionysus can penetrate a women’s vagina and stimulate vulva and clitoris in the mouth of the vagina; it can also fondle cervix and make the vagina reaches orgasm faster; it can also stimulate anterior fornix located above the cervix deep inside the vagina or posterior fornix located below the cervix deep inside the vagina. These are the most ecstatic centres for sex for any women. No wonder the vagina gets multiple orgasms. Thank you Dionysus.

6. Priapus Penis: - Named after The Roman god of fertility, Priapus penis is extremely long. In mythology Priapus the son of Aphrodite & Dionysus longs for women but never gets one because they are scared of the size of his penis. A long thick and ugly looking penis, Priapus is never wanted by fastidious women. In the early 20th Century a Priapus penis was banned by the courts in Ceylon not to have any sexual intercourse with any person. Mercifully, the courts did not bar the Priapus penis having sex with animals. Standing erect over 9 inches, Priapus can be anything between 9 inches to eternity. I have personally seen a Priapus penis with a foot length. Whether it can arouse sexual feelings in women or not is a muted question. Priapus can have sex with women whose vagina is very deep with a wide passage or it can satisfy itself without penetrating the vagina at all.

Conserve Cosmic Energy while taking a Shower

Thursday, August 6th, 2009

Taking a shower or bath is one of the best ways to relax yourself after a hard days work. Most of you get into the shower turn the tap and start wetting yourself head on. Some do wear scalp cups but let the water fall on your body straight away. Some of you do a quick shower before plunging into the swimming pool. Similarly when you go for a bath you get into tub pronto with your full body. Immersing the entire body immediately under a shower or inside the bath is very much counter-productive to your original idea of relaxing and harmonizing your cosmic energy. Of course you clean yourself from the dirt and sweat. But, in that process you have lost vast quantum of cosmic energy. In this blog post I am sketching the steps you should follow in taking a shower or bath. Stick to this and your cosmics work best for you.

A)  Steps in taking shower or bath

1. Turn on the shower and wet you right leg knee downward; if you are getting into the bath tub place your right foot inside the tub and pour water from the right knee downward

2. Now let the shower head spray water on to your left leg knee downward; if you are getting into the bath tub place your left foot inside the tub and pour water from the left knee downward

3. Turn the shower head to spray the water to your right thigh from the hip downward; if you are in the bath tub pour water over the right thigh from hip downward

4. Now let the shower head spray water on to your left thigh from the hip downward; if you are in the bath tub pour water over the left thigh from hip downward

5. Turn the shower head to spray the water to your right shoulder from the neck downward; if you are in the bath tub pour water over the right shoulder from the neck downward

6. Now let the shower head spray water on to your left shoulder from the neck downward; if you are in the bath tub pour water over the left shoulder from the neck downward

7. Turn the shower head to spray water to your face; if you are in the bath tub pour daub water over your face. At this point your chest, back and stomach all would receive springing of water

8. The last step is to wet you head if you so wish.

B)  Steps in applying soap or shampoo

Applying soap, liquid wash or shampoo is on the reverse order of the steps outlined for taking shower or bath.

1. If you are wetting your head start with shampooing your scalp gently and mildly with fingers massaging your head working backward from your forehead.

2. If you are not wetting the head, start applying soap to your face, ears and neck but without harming your eyes

3. Thereafter apply soap to your left shoulder neck downward

4. Now apply soap to your right shoulder neck downward

5. You should then apply soap to chest, back and stomach area

6. Thereafter apply soap to your left thigh hip downward

7. Now apply soap to your right thigh hip downward

8. Thereafter apply soap to your left leg knee downward

9. Now apply soap to your right leg knee downward

Once you have finished applying soap and shampoo follow the steps outlined under (A) “Steps in taking shower or bath” to rinse your body off the shampoo and soap buds.

C)  Steps in wiping your body dry

1. If you have wetted your head, start with the head gently wiping head without hurting your hair

2. If you have not wetted the head, then start dabbing the towel gently on your face, ears and neck. Care should be taken regarding your eyes.

3. Go on to wipe the right shoulder dry neck downward

4. Now turn to your left shoulder and wipe it dry from neck downward

5. Run the towel to your chest, back and stomach and dry these areas

6. Go on to wipe the right thigh dry hip downward

7. Now turn to your left thigh and wipe it dry from hip downward

8. Go on to wipe the right leg dry from knee downward; work up to your toes

9. Now turn to your left leg and wipe it dry from knee downward; work up to your toes

Once this is over you will feel that you are very much relaxed with abundant cosmic energy within you.

How to give Useful Advice?

Thursday, August 6th, 2009

Most of you have occasions to advise a friend, colleague or a relation on some matters. How your advising session went on? Answers would definitely vary, but many of you would admit that you could have done better. In this blog post I am drawing my experience as an Adviser for the last two decades to frame you a simple manual of How to give useful advice, so that next time you advise more effectively. I have configured you as the adviser and “asker” as the other party.

1.      Why Nobody listens to Advice?

Many of us have problems in taking advice from others; there are several reasons for this:

1. Such advice is mostly un-solicited

2. Adviser gives arm-chair opinion where asker does not accept the adviser being a person of having sufficient experience or knowledge

3. The language used is pedagogic or too technical or very complex for the asker to understand

4. The advice is badly delivered and over-shoots the problem faced by the asker

5. Timing and/or the situation are not conducive; mostly the advice given in front of others is ignored by the asker

6. Lack of relationship of trust between asker and the adviser

7. The adviser treats the asker as a and uses a tone of authority that does not go well

8. Bad Cosmics: In most cases the asker is in an angry emotional or in depressed mood generating negative and bad cosmics; likewise the adviser shows patronizing attitude or sympathetic feelings making negative cosmics. Often this situation is exacerbated when the adviser finds fault with the asker or criticizes or blames him.

2.      The Asker

1. Ideally, he must take the initiative to ask for advice from you

2. He must say whether he is calling for an opinion or advice; an opinion is generally, brief to the point and often subjective whereas an advice is a well thought of solution plan based on thinking and reflection and often it is objective

3. He must indicate the time and place suitable for advice and get the consent from you for this arrangement.

3.      The Adviser

1. You should never give un-solicited advice, where circumstances warrant you to give such advice, ask him whether you can have a word with him. If he says ‘not this time” just forget it; do not start venting your feelings on him”I told you so, you went and did this”. Sometimes you might try to give advice anonymously, never do this

If he agrees, tell him that you feel for him and whether he wants your opinion or advice. If he asks for your opinion give it in simple language and thank him for the opportunity. If he wants advice, once again ask him whether he is really interested in getting advice from you. This process is known as “discernment”. If he really wants advice then find out the time and place you can do this when both you and he are in good moods to listen and discuss the matter in hand

2.  When you are at it, put him in ease; emphasize on the mutual relationship and trust both parties have with each other

3. You have to demonstrate to him that you are a detached person and that you have no vested interest or conflict of interest in handling this assignment

4. You should also adopt a relationship of an adult talking to an adult or an adult talking to a parent; never take the role of adult or parent talking to a child; it is suicidal.

4.       The Issue at hand

1. As a preamble ask him to tell about the issue at hand; do not interrupt; let him go for some length before you ask a point or two. When he has finished you ask him to clarify issue; generally the time – tested format of “what, when, why, who and how” comes handy. Depending on the situation and the issue at hand, you can tweak it

2.  When you feel that you are not the person who can give advice because the issue involves a question of law, medicine or technology then tell him frankly and refer him to a competent person for further advice

3.  If you feel that the issue can be dealt with by you then proceed to the nest stage.

5.       Listening

1. Summarize the issue and get his confirmation by asking “so you are saying ……” or “do you mean to say……” etc.

2. Now you ask him further queries so that he thinks for himself; at this time you should make him feel comfortable and believe that you are the right person with right knowledge and exposure who can handle this assignment. Generally, at this point he will open up; he will spotlight his own search on aspects that he has neglected so far. More often than not he would come up with a solution himself. Your role is to patiently guide him. This is win-win situation where he gets space to think about something; you get space to reflect upon. In my experience, this moment is too memorable for the asker; often he would tell others what a great adviser he got

3. If he still cannot come up with something for himself, then you need to do more work and proceed to next stage.

6.       Empathizing

1. At this stage, you have to ask for his goals, objectives and ideas regarding any solution you can make for him; you should understand his sensitivities and emotions; you will also know his capacity to solve the issue at hand

2. You must watch him carefully; in case it is a tele conference you must notice his tonal voice; in case of video conference or face to face situation watch his body language, facial expression and the nuances of his speech that convey lot about him, his attitudes and his desires

3. You have to collate your experience; recall what you have learnt in similar cases and bring it to weigh on the current issue. This is known as “personalizing”. Care should be taken not to over-do it

4. Once again, it is necessary to put him on ease with re-assuring words; without bragging yourself state your experience and tell him that you can give him a way–out.

7.       Suggesting a Solution plan

1.  At this point you are going to unveil a solution plan; you can ask him whether it is alright for you to give a detailed one or something brief now so that he can catch up with you for details some other time. In case of latter make a brief and short solution for him in simple language and ask him to think about it. In case he calls for a detailed plan then you go through the entire mile

2. Formulate the solution plan in such manner at any given time it can be reduced into writing

3. The solution plan must have actionable steps with sufficient justifications. You must never give a solution that a reasonable person in the given circumstance will find difficult to implement

4. You can give the solution plan indicating the alternatives (if any), pros and cons of each alternative and the cost and benefit of each alternative

5. Even here you should give him a space so that he can insert his own predilection. For example, if the plan requires purchase of a car give him space to determine the colour, model and make.

6. Never create another problem or head-ache for him in the guise of solving the issue at hand. Often, advisers create additional problems to the askers; consequently advisers are unwanted

7. Never be too candid like “calling the spade a spade”; be very diplomatic about asker or his weaknesses; make him to come out and admit his weaknesses on his own.

8.       Implementing a Solution

1. You have to give some ideas as to how he can implement the solution in short, medium and long term perspectives and the snags that arise

2. You should also tell him how he can face-up to these snags

3. It is also better to tell him the time frame for the implementation

4. Now you can ask him if he has got anything to say, or any clarifications to make. All his queries must be handled sincerely.

5. Finally thank him for giving an opportunity of being some use to him and hope for strengthening of the mutual relationship; wish him the best and ask him to keep in touch.

9.      Follow-up

Whether he calls you or not you keep in touch with him; say hello and find out how useful your advice has been. Once again thank him and wish him well.

Seven Steps in Developing a Winning Concept

Thursday, August 6th, 2009

Many of you bewail the fact that everything happens around you and you have simply no way of influencing the ultimate result. If you have a concept developed for private life or public life or both, you will be able to take charge and influence the outcome because a well developed concept gives you direction, motivation and tenacity. In this blog post I describe Seven Steps in developing a Winning Concept.

1.   Firstly, think about yourself; your ideas, your moods, your feelings, your desires, your strengths and your weaknesses.  Now think of the goals you wish to achieve in private life or public life or both. Private life relates to you and your personal side; let us call this as “family”. Public life relates to what you do for a living; your employment or vocation or engagement; let us call this as “business”. Once this is complete you have an idea as to what is the central theme running, something that threads between and amongst all what have been described above.

2.   Secondly, you cross to the opposite side; become an imaginary critic of yourself.  Start where you ended under step number 1, that is the central theme and subject it to brutal examination. Is your central theme is tenable? Is it bunkum? From there go down to the goals you have set upon. Are these achievable? Are you over-shooting? Go down still further. Your weaknesses, strengths, desires, feelings, moods and ideas do all these truly reflect you? Did you under-state the weaknesses and over-state the strengths?  Are you true to yourself when you listed everything about you?

At this point it is better for you to write items 1 & 2 in your note book; you have done the internal analysis; so far so good

3.   Thirdly, you are going to look at outside; this time gathering information from books and magazines, observing others similar to you behaving the way they do, listening to those who are similar to you about their feeling, thoughts and actions that made them succeed in life. Once this phase is over, write down a summary of your observations

4.   Fourthly, you turn inward to yourself once again; you have already written the pros and cons of everything along with the outside inputs as well. Now it is the time to switch on your inner mind. Go deep and listen to what your inner mind says about the whole thing. If it says “enough” you stop and go to step number 6. If the inner mind says “all what you did so far is not enough and you need to do more work” go to step number 5

5.   The fifth step deals with the realm of the un-chartered or un-known. In this step you have to find something that has never occurred to you so far; or observed by you in your dealing with the external parties under step number 3, something that is unimaginable like Windows or Dell to the inventors who founded it for the first time. Both windows and Dell are success stories now but came from this un-chartered and un-known area. You will also come across an idea that would shape your concept after you explore the realm of un-chartered or un-known

6.  Once you have the bare concept ready by now, you have to switch –on your Cosmics to further examine whether your concept suits you fine. Each person is born with a different set of Cosmics. Some have predominantly water in their element whereas others have fire. For some certain numbers will work for others the same numbers would not? Certain colours would appeal to some while the same colours make others un-comfortable. Some can work at a stretch for several hours while others need rest and relaxation to continue. The probabilities are endless. Once you analyze your cosmics you will come to an understanding whether the concept you are developing will suit you in the first place

7.   The last item is to dry test the concept you have developed and reduce it in few words or a phrase or a single sentence. I give few examples:

Maths Teacher: My concept is “innovative teaching method along with rote learning bent on more class work”

Lawyer:  My concept is “tell the truth, nothing but the truth to everyone including my clients”

Old Vehicle Salesman   : My concept is “bring convenience and affordability to the buyer and reasonable price to the seller, keeping my commission intact”

Improve Your Life with Honey

Thursday, August 6th, 2009

You have already an Honey with you; your wife or girl friend who remains your source of inspiration and support. Likewise, you need Honey, this time the sweet yellowish to golden fluid produced by the honey bees. You will ask me why honey and what it does for me. In this blog post I describe what made me to study honey, the features of honey and the cosmics of honey to improve your life.

What made me to study Honey

About 35 years ago, I was posted as manager of a bank branch in a remote area in the eastern part of Ceylon (now Sri Lanka). During weekends, I scoot off to the jungles and parley with aborigines known as Veddhas. Highly hospitable group the Veddhas find their food by hunting.  Since hunting animals depend on season and chance they preserve the meat in honey. I have relished on venison and other meats preserved by the number of full moons as they do not use calendars to tell us the time.  Honey can preserve contents soaked with it for a long time.

In contrast, I found a different feature; this time not preservation but disintegration, when I travelled to the northern area of Ceylon known as Wanni where  settlement of farmers live.  I was given a special treat: A part of honey hive with the head of cobra inside. The poor soul has got into the hive with its hood and part of its upper body. Entrapped it was not able to get out. The cobra  died; the part outside the bee hive got rotten and has fallen off. The part of cobra inside the beehive was disintegrated into honey. The cobra’s hood was still visible as a film but no physical body could be seen. I joined my hosts to relish on this wonder. What happened to the cobra’s poison? All that were disintegrated perhaps.

Honey, like your wife or girl friend can make you or break you. It can preserve or it can disintegrate. It can make you fat or make you thin. It heals diarrhoea or can increase loose motion. On the top of the line, it boosts your sex drive or dull your libido.

Features

  1. Honey is produced by honey bees known as apis mellifera from nectar of flowers in the vicinity of the beehive. A complex regurgitation process takes place where the bees transform nectar into the viscous fluid. The final secretion which  was earlier thought to come out of the mouth is  now found to come out  from the intestines
  2. About 35 % denser than water, honey has less water content barring the growth of micro organism; hence it can preserve itself, provided that it is not exposed to oxidisation and fermentation. Honey can attract external ambience such as smell or moisture; that is why it is recommended to store honey in glass or ceramic jars rather than in tins
  3. Honey has different types of sugar such as fructose, glucose, sucrose and maltose accounting for about 75 % of its content. The balance 25% consists of minerals such as potassium, sodium, phosphate, copper, iron, calcium & manganese, along with carbohydrates, proteins, enzymes, various vitamins and water
  4. Raw honey is unprocessed, often darker in colour with fragrance and taste that does not appeal to many. It is used mainly for medical and nutritional purposes. Selection of raw honey be left with experts
  5. Ripe honey is unprocessed, fresh and ready for various use including consumption. it gives  pleasant fragrance and appealing taste
  6. Processed honey is what you see in the supermarket shelf. Often it is purified by heating which destroys major part of its contents such as nutrients and minerals.

Cosmics

Food Source

Honey can be easily spread on bread; used as a substitute for sugar; flavour any type of food. Honey restores energy like glucose; it quickly rejuvenates and is a product that can quenches thirst and fulfils appetite at one and the same time. You must use ripe honey or processed honey for this purpose.

Disease Buster

  1. Raw honey: Used for treating allergic disorders; topical applications for various skin ailments; dressing wounds; soothing wounds. This can  also be used as barrier cream and as anti-bacterial treatment. “Manuka” honey from New Zealand is very much recommended
  2. Ripe honey: Used for treating various diseases such as diabetes, common cold, cough, eye-diseases, gastro-intestinal ailments, high blood-pressure, fevers, blisters, stomach-inflammation, kidney issues and heart-issues.
  3. Processed honey: As oral rehydration solution in case of diarrheal  disorders; anti-inflammatory dose for many ailments; an expectorant to dilute flam; excellently suited for antiseptic treatment.

Beauty Aid

  1. Cleopatra, the Egyptian Queen knew the art making her the most beautiful women at her time; her bath of immersing in the tub containing honey mixed with aroma is still used by beauty therapists all over the world. In today’s context, shampoos and beauty aids give the same effect. However, rather than depending on made for solutions stacked in supermarket shelf you can try out your own honey bath
  2. For skin therapy, honey is unbeatable; honey can be applied to various parts of the body in the morning or after a bath and allowed to stay for an hour
  3. For facials honey can be used to add glow and a flavour that lasts even after the honey is mopped out
  4. Honey in the morning with either hazelnut or almonds can be taken after the meals.

Health & Fitness

  1. Honey must be taken first thing in the morning after cleaning your teeth. A table spoon of honey on an empty stomach will make you strong and healthy. Do not take anything, not even water for half to one hour. Similarly you must take a table spoon of honey as the last thing before the bed time. Neither wash your mouth nor drink water thereafter.
  2. If you feel tired constantly, without any reason for this state, better take honey three times a day after meals. Allow one hour interval before you drink or eat  thereafter
  3. In case of sports or gym work it is better to take honey mixed with water or lemon juice at the beginning, interval and at the end before you take any other nutrients
  4. To keep fit and youthful you can take honey regularly twice a day morning and evening. “Kamahi” honey from New Zealand is recommended.

Mind and Intelligence

  1. For children who are mentally retarded, honey must be given just before their meals
  2. For students who are weak in their studies honey along with onion ( small varieties) syrup can be given
  3. A week before examinations honey with cocoa be administered on them couple of hours before bed time. Use “Karri” from Australia for this purpose
  4. For adults who have problems in balancing mental faculty with physical activity, honey along with whole  wheat bread or meal is a must. Honey from Tasmania known as “Leatherwood” is recommended.

Sex & Marriage

  1. For general sexual pleasure, honey twice a day is an excellent stimulant. Honey known as “Yayla Bali” from Turkey is recommended
  2. Where one of the partner is strong and the other weak, Honey mixed with garlic and onion syrup (big variety) is recommended. Use “ Kircicegi Bali” honey from Turkey
  3. If the male partner suffers from erectile dysfunction honey mixed with garlic, ginger and onion syrup half an hour before sex will do. The honey known as “ Karakovan Bali” from Turkey is recommended
  4. If the female partner has sexual dysfunction she should add to the above mixture  white of egg and have it half an hour before sex
  5. For the newly wed honey wine is excellent; different cultures make this differently.

Spirituality

  1. Take honey as the first thing either as a drink or meal
  2. Apples slices soaked in honey increase spiritual insight
  3. After spiritual exercises such as Yoga Asanas or Sufi trances pour little honey to middle of your right palm, leave it for few minutes and sip it slowly.

Women’s Revenge by Star Algol

Wednesday, August 5th, 2009

A woman is raped every two minutes in the United States. About 68% time the perpetrator is already known to her. About 25% time the crime takes place in public area just under the nose of public authorities. Sadly, only 25% of the rape incidents are reported to the Police. The victims fear reprisal from men or social stigma in reporting rape incidents to the Police. Some consider it as personal issue and many fear the cost of inquiry and subsequent litigation will do more harm than the rape itself. So increasingly women resort to get equal with the perpetrators in vengeful manner. But their efforts are giving more negative results than expected. In this blog post let me describe the reasons for women taking revenge, the types of women’s revenge and how the women can make it positive by receiving necessary cosmics from the Star Algol, the eternal symbol of women’s revenge.

Women are Wronged

The following are instances how women are wronged by the men folks:

1. Rape in number one

2. Men taking mean advantage in dating, but when it is time to take it to the next level they simply drop off

3. A love affair turning sour due to no fault of women

4. Men cheating on their wives habitually

5. Break-up of marriage with consequent mental pain and collateral losses

6. Daughters often neglected by parents

7. Overt and covert discrimination in colleges and in offices

What women are doing?

Women biologically and socially are not expected to take physical revenge. In Germany in 1890s there was an expression in vogue: “Schadenfeude” meaning harm & joy; it relates to gaining satisfaction or pleasure felt at someone else’s misfortune or discomfiture. The society then and now rules that the men can take painful revenge either physically or otherwise. This leads women to have little space by taking limited actions which, broadly can be categorised under two captions: Negative and Neutral

Negative Responses by Women:

1. Psychological, where the women make men un-wanted or keep them at bay by not giving attention and speaking with them

2. Sexual, where women with certain types of Yoni (Vagina) such as Tiger or Monkey can shut out sex for husbands or boy friends. For fuller Details of Types of Yoni read my blog post clicking “ Types of Yoni for Sex and Marriage

3. Spiteful, where the women use hate mails and hoary gifts to get back at the offenders. Those who prefer this type of revenge can refer to web page http://www.thepayback.com/ for necessary guidance.

Neutral Responses by Women:

1. Peaceful, where they withdraw from social activities and roll themselves into cocoon shelves

2. Attempting to forget and sometimes forgive the offenders; in certain cases this might simply become negative because the offender is given further licence to repeat such offence to other women.

What women can do?

Women can take charge; turn the incident into a window of opportunity. Succeed so that the offender is ashamed. Nothing succeeds like success. The women can take in cosmic energy from the star Algol and go ahead and beat the offender in his own back yard. For example you are in career in marketing where the fellow marketer bargains for sexual pleasure for getting you through the sales goal. The star Algol will give you the cosmic power to tilt the table against this Casanova. Let me give you a brief of the Star Algol, its astronomy, legend and cosmics.

The Star Algol

Astronomy:

Modern astronomers call Algol as Beta (B) Persei, located in the Perseus Constellation. Originally considered as a double star Algol A & B was found to orbit each other. Algol A is the brighter one whereas Algol B is the dimmer one. When orbiting each other the less bright Algol B comes between Algol A and the Earth causing an eclipse. This is what we call as “blinking” This happens once every 3 days and lasts almost for eight (8) hours. During this time the brightness of the star Algol is reduced drastically. In the Nineteenth century this star was found to have another companion this time Algol C which orbits both Algol A & B. However, the third star does not interfere in the eclipse and related blinking phenomenon. Algol is 93 light years away and 95 times luminous than the Sun and nearly 3.5 times the size of the Sun. Arab astronomers called Algol by several names: Al-Gul (Ghoul), Algul (Mischief maker) and Ra’s Al-Gul (Holder of the Demon’s head).

Legend

Algol represents the blinking eye of the head of Gorgon Medusa one of the three Gordon sisters who later becomes the lover of the God Neptune. On hearing this Minerva the jealous wife of Neptune turns her beautiful lock of hair to that of hissing serpents. Such was the fearful countenance of Gordon Medusa, that anyone looks at her would be turned into stone. The legend says Perseus kills Gordon Medusa and takes her head in his left hand to battle with Cetus the Whale to save the beautiful maiden Andromeda. Perseus shows this head to Cetus; on seeing Medusa, Cetus is turned into a stone. After saving Andromeda Perseus drops the head of Gordon Medusa into the ocean. Aptly, the Greek hero Perseus is called as – Hamil Ra’s Al-Ghul -( Bearer of the Demon’s Head ) in Arabic.

Cosmics

The blinking phenomenon is treated with much caution. So much so Arab commanders would wait till this blinking phase to pass before even commencing battles. This star is powerful and potent as if the Gorgon Medusa is still alive. Moreover, it is very bright indeed during the time Algol A is seen fully on the earth. It gives hot and bright blue to white rays. However, the cosmic potency is very high when Algol starts blinking.

In Hebraic law, Algol represents the first and estranged wife of Adam, Lilith; who according to the tradition was turned into a demon. Algol is the eternal symbol of feminine energy known as “ kundalini”, passion of women, power of women and the revenge of women; four rolled into one. Though many critics decry the power as evil, I consider the star Algol as the symbol of women’s liberation. Her cosmic energy will empower women to get to the top of any situation. Such power, however, has to be brought into mind and body. The procedure to imbibe the cosmic energy into your mind and body is explained next.

Cosmic Energy Procedure

1. Find out the time of blinking by observing the star, or consulting with a local astronomer regarding the time of its blinking

2. Once every three days look at the sky; point to the star Algol and view it for few minutes so that you are pitched direct to Algol

3. Raise your hands , bring the hands parallel to your chin; spread fingers like stretched palms; now bend your fingers of both hands inwards as if to represent Tiger’s Paws

4. As you bend the fingers inhale slowly emptying your lower abdomen and driving the air into the lungs; as you progress you will be able to make lower abdomen almost flat. When this happens the Kundalini ( female) energy is awakened and rises up

5. You should incant statements such as “ I do best “ or “ I succeed” or “ I make better of life” . If you are unable to vocalize it say the incantation with lower tone

6. Hold your breath for few seconds

7. Exhale slowly synchronizing it with the straightening of fingers so that it would appear once again like stretched palms

George Clooney, Marriage and Politics on His Way

Wednesday, August 5th, 2009

(Originally written on  Monday March 16, 2009)

Celebrity super star George Clooney is the Hollywood heart-throb. He is seen by his millions of fans, most of them women, and the public at large as an actor, super-star, film producer, writer and a consummate person when it comes to the frills of enjoying life. He is described as the most eligible bachelor. Many consider him sexiest too. His grin showing the upper row of teeth with lower lips covering the bottom row of teeth drive women crazy; it gives a sensational feeling in their spine, something to be adorned forever. But, behind this grin there lies a yearning to make it very big in life and politics. Let me give you a broad brush-stroke of the transformation of the celebrity George Clooney and the related cosmics.

Lunation Cycle

He was born on May 6, 1961 in Lexington, Kentucky, United Sates. At the time of his birth the Moon was in the Waxing Gibbous Phase of Lunation Cycle. The cosmics of a person born under this phase of lunation cycle is given below. Please note that, this description is prepared and published as a general guide and will not convey the entire personality of anyone.

He is a land-lubber, that is neither he moves nor be swayed to accept reality. But when it comes to sway others he will do better. If he is not controlled he will bring the entire roof down. He is good at marketing, advertisement and selling ice to Eskimos. His mind power is such that he can break any issue into small parts and then join these to resolve. Jig-saw puzzle appeals to him. He has the capacity to reflect and report on any event; something like a trouble shooter. Negatives are: He is resistant to change and he simply does not like others pushing him around. At some critical moment he may suddenly give up”.

For fuller description of Lunation Cycle you can read my blog post clicking  “ Lunation Cycle: How the Eight Lunar Phases affects you?

Ideas

From the published sources I have found that the following are ideas that governed him:

1. A private person; guarding his privacy more than anything he is not prepared to share it with anybody; does not like having children; fears that if he marries he would be “tied-up”. Look at his quote” I don’t like to share my personal life… it wouldn’t be personal if I shared it”

2. But something prods him to go higher from the silver screen to national administration. Look at his quote “You have only a short period of time in your life to make your mark, and I’m there now”

3. But then he was re-assuring himself he would not get out of his declared policy on privacy by running for public office. Look at his quote “Run for office? No. I’ve slept with too many women, I’ve done too many drugs, and I’ve been to too many parties”

4. Again the cosmics behind him propels to make it big. Look at this quote” The only failure is not to try”

Courtesy: http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/authors/g/george_clooney.html

Birth Chart

His birth chart on the basis of astronomical position indicates the following:

1. At the time of his birth the Moon sights the planet Saturn, which becomes his Lucky Star. In turn Saturn sights a powerful star cluster known as “75 Globular” a vast cluster of almost 130 light years in diameter, standing some 67,500 light years away from the earth with a visual magnitude of 8.5. This cluster is about 180,000 times brighter than the Sun. Due to the massive nature of the cluster Saturn sighting this Cluster indicates that George Clooney is earmarked by the heavens for high political office.

2. The Royal Stars of Regulus, Antares, Fomalhaut and Aldebaran dealing with political high office are located in very advantageous positions.

3. A strong Jupiter giving wealth and happy marriage is posited in the second house and sights the stars Pi and Rho in the Capricorn constellation.

4. The star Sirius is located in the 7th house making his first marriage a failure; beyond that it cannot do any damage.

Transformation

On January 24, 2009 a great transformation took place in the chart of George Clooney. It is the Jupiter- Sun Conjunction. The conjunction took place in-between two stars Pi and Rho stars in the Capricorn constellation. Both stars are considered to be a good pair. As the conjunction takes place in a very auspicious location of the “ pair” , that is two stars that are considered showering great gifts to George Clooney , he for the first time has got the chance to make successful entry into both married life and in national level politics. For fuller Description of the Jumpier- Sun conjunction you can read my blog post clicking “ Jupiter – Sun Conjunction in January 2009 ”.

His transformation is indicated in two ways:

Firstly, the reported rumour of linking George Clooney with Fatima Bhutto. That is only the beginning. He will suddenly give up his declared policy of privacy and buries his head in the bosom of a lovely maiden, of course much younger in age. This is an indication for marriage.

Secondly, his choice of the Darfur trip which he made with his Dad in 2006 to report on the Genocide taking place there over attending the Academy Awards ceremony. This is an indication of his political suaveness.

Who can facilitate his transformation into both these areas? Surprisingly this mega star has to talk to his dad, Nick Clooney to find the right partner for him in marriage and the right mentor for him in politics. Both these would happen between now and early 2010. Who will deny this chance to George Clooney who has the mettle to become a happy husband and the Future President of the United States of America?

Magical Birthday of Mariah Carey

Wednesday, August 5th, 2009

(Originally written on Blogspot on Wednesday February 18, 2009)

“Butterflies are always following me, everywhere I go”, said Mariah Carey after her music album “Butterfly” was released in 1997. The best selling female vocalist of our time, more than 200 million albums sold for her credit, Mariah Carey has played multiple roles: singer, songwriter, record producer, actress and TV presenter. Her epitome came in 2008 when she surpassed legendary Elvis Presley into number one spot for her song “Touch my body” What endeared her to many? Her vocal range of octave 5 to 7 , her talent in singing diverse melody from ballads to hip-hop, her babe face look or her mixed background (her mother is Irish, her father is black Venezuelan). What is that keeps this Celebrity Diva going against all odds? The answer is simple; it is her magical birthday of March 27. In this blog post I give you a review of Mariah Carey & Cosmics surrounding her birthday of March 27.

Mariah Carey

Born on March, 27, 1970 in Huntington, Long Island, New York, Mariah Carey got into music after her graduation. She was just 18 when she started as a back-up singer in 1988. Thereafter, her career spanning some 21 years can be grouped into three phases:

Development phase: In 1989 she met Tommy Mottle and signed up with his Colombia Records. Her debut album “Mariah Carey” hit the market in 1990, followed by “Music Box” in 1993, “Merry Christmas” in 1994, “Daydream” in 1995” Butterfly” in 1997. Her hit song “I still Believe” was released in 1999. In the meantime she married Tommy Mottola in a celebrity wedding in 1993 whom she divorced in 1998.

Transition phase: In 2001 she left Columbia Records to join Virgin Records, a subsidiary of EMI , for a record US $ 100 million contract. But her first album under Virgin Record ” Glitter” was a failure and she fell overnight from her exalted position as a Diva. By this time she was hospitalized with complaints such as exhaustion. Later the rumours floated around her undergoing psychiatric treatment. Consequent to these developments EMI announced the buy-out of the remaining portion of the contract for U S $ 28 million landing a body punch on Mariah Carey. She did not give up; she redoubled her effort to get into the box seat once again.

Rejuvenation phase: In 2005 entire calculus changed. She is back on the top of the chart with her album “Emancipation of Mimi”. The hit song in that chart “We belong together” mesmerized her fans. Later she was nominated for 8 Grammy awards and won 3 of these. In 2006 she signed up with Pepsi for their TV commercials. In 2008 she bypassed the legendary Elvis Presley for the Number 1 spot with her single “Touch my body”. She has been featured in many TV shows and in the recent Obama inauguration. One of her performing photo is shown below:

Mariah Carey

http://www.popstarsplus.com/music_mariahcarey.htm#Bio

In her career she has made few statements that are noteworthy and show her inner structure:

Quote 1 It’s hard to be someone that people talk about and write about, you know? They don’t know me.

Quote 2 I always felt like the rug could be pulled out from under me at anytime. And coming from a racially mixed background, I always felt like I didn’t really fit in anywhere.

Quote 3 I hope to be around past the 90’s. I don’t want to just be categorized as one of this era. My goal is to have a career that stands.

Quote 4 In this world, I call the shots and I think I know best.

You realize that she is talking about fear, anxiety, sense of not belonging, and determination to make it; she also hints at something magical that keep her going and to bounce back from calamities. You got it; it is her birthday of March 27.

Birthday March 27

Every year on March 27, something unusual happens in the Sky. At this time the Sun is traversing the constellation Pisces. The Sun enters the Pisces on March 11 and stays there till April 18. On March 27 it breaks new ground by parking into the constellation Cetus. What happens is half of the Sun’s disk is in Cetus constellation and half of the Sun’s disk is still in the Pisces constellation. This unique process lasts almost 18 hours in that day.

Many celebrities and historical figures share this birthday with Mariah Carey. Some of them are: Actress Gloria Swanson ; Actor Richard Denning; British politician Nick Hawkins ; U S politician Cyrus Vance; British Prime Minister James Callaghan; German Historian Golo Mann; British automobile pioneer Sir Henry Royce and King of France Louis the Seventeen.

Cetus Constellation

Whoever born on this date has two Sun signs: Pisces and Cetus. They receive the cosmics from both these constellations. Pisces is well known as a constellation. Let me say few things about Cetus constellation. The word Cetus comes from Latin, meaning a whale. Legend says that Cetus is a sea monster who is travelling towards Andromeda, the virgin who is chained to the rock to be devoured by Cetus. Therefore, it starts moving from Eridanaus where he usually resides bypassing the Pisces to reach Andromeda. Before Cetus can complete his task, Perseus the hero appears. He has in his hand the Head of Gordon Medusa. Perseus shows this head to Cetus; on seeing Medusa, Cetus is turned into a stone. There the sea monster lies eternally. This constellation has several notable stars: Deneb Kaitos, Menkar , Baton Kaitos, Al Kaf Al Jidhmah, Deneb and Mira.

Cosmics

Both Pisces & Cetus together provide Mariah Carey with dual strength; it is something like twin engine aeroplane; when one engine stops the other starts. These two constellations give Mariah Carey a sense of being evergreen, a feeling of renewal, and lot of cosmic energy related to sex & survival; these constellations make her a person of religious belief; person of wisdom & perseverance; person with a fascinating and lavish life-style. Determination to reach the zenith is her main driving force. She is pushed to work hard and her work is appreciated globally. Millions benefit by listening to her song. Her work contributes to the lively hood of sundry. Mariah Carey has special gift and talent: octave voice and fascinating beauty.

There are negatives as well: she becomes a part of a Cult, a Diva, quite some fan clubs, films about her not to forget the gossip columns. She will have craving for popularity and if she does not get it she can be psychologically affected. She needs care and attention more than average women. Fear, anxiety and sense of not belonging would continue to mar her progress. Moreover, her compulsiveness & moodiness would drive away friends and colleagues. Consequences of any hasty decision would take lot of time to turn around. More than that she lacks vital salt in her system causing physical exhaustion.

Lunation Cycle: How the Eight Lunar Phases affect you?

Monday, August 3rd, 2009

Lunation cycle is about Moon, its orbit around Earth and the phases or stages in the Moon’s cycle. Traditionally lunation cycle is viewed as an important barometer to understand human lifestyle. In this blog post I explain the lunation cycle in general and review the Eight phases of Moon in its orbit around the Earth. I give a brief on Astronomy and the Cosmics for the Eight Phases of the Moon in a Lunation Cycle so that you can improve your life style.

Lunation Cycle

The Moon takes 29 days 12 hours and 44 minutes (29.53 days) to complete the orbit around Earth and return to the original position where it started. This we call a synodic month. During a synodic month Moon goes through eight phases in its lunation cycle. Each phase lasts a number of days. The duration is asymmetrical, that is not exactly uniform. Like Sun, Moon also rises in the east and sets in the west. Though many consider the Moon as a satellite of Earth, it is in fact a planet of its own. It has a diameter of 2,140 miles little more than quarter of the Earth and revolves around the Sun in synchronization with the Earth. Earth’s gravity keeps the Moon on a specific path. When the Moon and Earth meets on every 45 degree tangentially you can see that the Moon’s gravity rises resulting in greater pulling power for the Moon evidenced in high tides. Likewise when the Moon comes very close to the Earth called “perigee” the pulling power of the Moon over Earth is high.

Lunation cycle is useful to study about mind, medicine, agriculture, calendar, meteorology etc. It is very useful in women’s affairs such as menstruation, marriage and pregnancy. The eight phases are: new moon, waxing crescent, first quarter, waxing gibbous, full moon, waning gibbous, last quarter, waning crescent (Balsamic). A schematic representation is given below:

Moon Phases

Courtesy: http://csep10.phys.utk.edu/astr161/lect/time/phases.jpg

1.New Moon

Astronomy: This lasts from 0 day to 2.4 days. You cannot see this Moon as its light is lost against the background of the Sun’s glare. Sometimes you can see the darkened part of the Moon in the western sky as Moon sets along with the Sun. During this time the Sun, Earth and Moon are almost on direct line at the zero degree in relation to the Earth. In case this alignment is too close we have solar eclipse. Generally we have two solar eclipses in a year. Since the Earth is in-between Sun and Moon, the Sun’s light first fall on Earth, reflects back on the Moon and bounce back to the Earth. This process of Sun-Earth-Moon-Earth is an interesting phenomenon. At this phase Moon lags behind the Sun by few minutes. Astronomically, movement is measured in minutes and hours. The zero point of the Moon tangentially to the Earth can neutralize the gravity of the Earth.

Cosmics: If you are born during this phase, you have dependency syndrome, you cling to someone or idea to protect you. You have lot of intuition like baby tortoises hatched in the sea-shore. You need constant prodding and guidance. You are not good in leading but good in advising, reforming etc. Many will take you for granted. Unless properly guided you may become a dreamer or revolutionary. Your mind is never stable.

2.Waxing Crescent

Astronomy: This phase lasts from 2.4 days to 7.4 days. During this time we can see the crescent Moon in the western sky as it sets with the Sun. The light side of the Moon faces away from the Earth. It slowly grows from a sliver to just smaller than half of the disk. At the beginning of the phase, Moon is ahead of Sun in terms of movement by about 2.5 hours. The Moon rises progressively late in the morning almost an hour late every day. Unless there is dim Sunlight you cannot see the Moon. Progressively the Moon sets late in the evening. You can see the Moon almost overhead in the northern sky after the Sun sets. During this fairly long phase, the Moon passes the 45 degree tangent to the Earth giving it high pulling power.

Cosmics: If you are born during this phase, you are a busy guy, in soccer you are in the wings always running but less scoring. You like growth, cherish greenery and like to be with grandma or grandpa; you can story-tell, bring new ideas of how to fix the roof that is leaking. Once you make –up your mind you will cling to it like a child. You can do things like advanced maths, play chess and card games because your mind works faster than what the body can bear. Split-second decision making is your hall-mark. Negatives are; you always demand attention, go forward blindly even if there is an obstacle.

3.First Quarter

Astronomy: This phase lasts from 7.4 days to 11.1 days. During this phase, the Moon is just over-head, rising in noon and setting at midnight. At 7.4 days, the Moon passes the 90 degree tangent to the Earth neutralizing the gravity of the Earth. On the 7th day half of the Moon disk is illuminated. We call this first quarter because half of total globe is equal to quarter. Sunlight reflected on the Moon is increasing; Moon is ahead of Sun by 6 hours at the start of the phase. You can see Moon in the broad daylight after it arises over-head; Moon is visible from noon till well past mid-night. You will see the right side of the Moon illuminated.

Cosmics: If you are born during this phase you strike middle course in any matter. Furthermore, intermediary work like banking & finance, stock & bond broking appeals to you. You have strong mind and positive outlook. You tend to look after your physique well. Leading an active life-style you are a club-going personality. Negatives are: temptation to make quick buck leading into criminality; craving for self—praise. Depending on your element you either become a peace maker or a trouble-monger

4.Waxing Gibbous

Astronomy: The Moon is fast reaching its fullness. This phase lasts from 11.1 days to 14.8 days with most part of the Moon disk illuminated. At the beginning of the phase the Moon is 135 degree tangential to Earth with high gravitational pull over Earth. Moon is ahead of Sun by 9 hours at the start of the phase. The Moon rises late in the afternoon towards east and sets early morning, before the Sun rise. You will observe the Moon looks closer to the Earth now than in the early phases.

Cosmics: If you are born during this phase you are good in auditing or profession that evaluates and reports to an independent party. A stable mind asking others to “dot the I and dash the T”, you are a perfectionist when it comes to others; in your personal matters, you gloss over details. You are curious, anxious and do lot of coaching your spouse how to run the house. Though your mind yearns for sophistication and good life you cannot get it because you are too honest. Negatives are: your impatience and lack of pragmatism will make you an odd man out. Enemies fear you because you crush them; friends are scared because you do not toe their line.

5.Full Moon

Astronomy: In the night you see the full Moon, a full disk of illuminated part facing the Earth. This phase lasts very short from 14.8 days to 16.2 days. Moon is ahead of Sun by 12 hours at the full Moon stage. The Moon is in the east as Sun sets. At this point Moon has reached half-way through its orbit. This phase is like the New Moon. All three- Sun, Earth and Moon align almost on a straight line. Moreover, the Moon is at 180 degree tangential to the Earth neutralizing the gravity of the Earth. Violent storms specially in the oceans appear during this time. If the Moon aligns more closely then we have lunar eclipse. Generally we have two lunar eclipse in a year. This Moon is also called as Night Moon because it is there in the sky the entire night. After reaching the full moon phase the Moon starts to wane.

Cosmics: If you are born during this phase you always make two choices: yes or no. A personality with bright face and inviting look, you are enjoying the best that nature has given you. You have lot of energy and make others energetic too. You enjoy life and allow others to do the same. Very charitable person; promises you keep, mistakes you forgive. Your magnetism attracts every and sundry. Unless monitored, you will tend to over-do many things. Negatives are: you are perennially weak in relating to the opposite sex including your spouse. There is only one way to take you out: create a fear in you that you will fail. Thereafter you are an humpty dumpty.

6.Waning Gibbous

Astronomy: As the longest spell, this phase lasts from 16.2 days to 22.2 days. Moon is behind the Sun by little more than an hour at the start of the phase. The Moon is slowly receding from fullness. Though major part of the Moon disk is illuminated, it is losing its brightness steadily. At the beginning of the phase the Moon is 225 degree tangential to Earth with high gravitational pull over Earth. The Moon rises late in the night towards south east and sets after Sun-rise. You observe that the Moon is giving much cooler even though paler light.

Cosmics: If you are born during this phase you are a land-lubber, that is neither you will move nor be swayed to accept reality. But when it comes to sway others you will do better. If you are not controlled you will bring the entire roof down. You are good at marketing, advertisement and selling ice to Eskimos. Your mind power is such that it can break any issue into small parts and then join to resolve. Jig-saw puzzle appeals to you. You have the capacity to reflect and report on any event; something like a trouble shooter. Negatives are: You are resistant to change and you simply do not like others pushing you around. At some critical moment you may suddenly give up.

7.Last Quarter

Astronomy: This phase lasts from 22.2 days to 25.9 days. During this phase, the Moon is just over-head, rising at midnight and setting in noon. Moon is behind the Sun by 6 hours at the start of the phase. As Sun rises you see the Moon over-head. At the beginning the Moon passes the 270 degree tangent and the pulling power of the Moon is very high. Only half of the moon disk, that is left half is illuminated. Sunlight reflected from the Moon is decreasing. You can see Moon in the broad daylight in some days.

Cosmics: If you are born during this phase you are a principled person with a rational approach. No place for emotions; “let us see” is your mantra. You come with “out of the box solutions” to any problem. You have the stomach to face insult, defeat and tragedies. Whether success or failure you remain composed and cool. Negatives are: your relationship with the bosses and colleagues is not smooth; many critical matters will remain un-settled. Many army generals have this feature.

8.Waning Crescent (Balsamic)

Astronomy; This last phase is known as Balsamic. It lasts from 25.9 to 29.6 days. During this time we can see the Moon once again becoming a crescent. It rises in the early morning in the south western sky; it sets in the afternoon amid the glare of the Sun. Once again you see the Moon losing Sunlight reflected on it. You also see the sliver thin with the right side partly illuminated. At the beginning the Moon passes the 315 degree tangent to the Earth with high pulling power. As days go by the Moon disappears from your view. The Moon is behind the Sun by about 9 hours at the beginning of the phase and by the time it runs its full course of 29.6 days it l reaches almost 12 hours behind the Sun.

Cosmics: If you are born during this phase, you love light fragrances, light colours etc. You have complete control over your temper; you crack witty jokes. A person with powerful inner power you are good in back-room operations, this is due to your slow burning energy. You tend to study subjects like history and quickly draw parallels in any issue of human understanding. You are futuristic too. Very satisfied with what you have you will not break rules or be un-faithful to your spouse. Negatives are: you have searching mind prompting you to look through the key-holes; fantasize specially in sex; if you are male you may acquire qualities of feminine.

Cosmic Numbers

Cosmic Numbers have secrets hidden within. There are Ten Cosmic Numbers including the number zero. In this blog post I describe the  Secrets of Numbers and their Cosmics.

Number Zero

This relates to cosmic darkness; feminine; in Hindu Scripts called “Yoni” referring to the divine vagina. Zero is unstable though it has a peculiar vibration pattern; on the right it adds value to the number placed left; 2 and 0 make twenty. On the left it decreases the value of the number placed right; 0 and 2 makes point 02. Zero denotes absence of electrical pulse in circuit diagrams. Number zero relates to the disk of universe and of black colour. Alone yoni cannot generate vibrations; either it must join with another integer or simply receive vibrations from number one. But we cannot do without zero. All numbers from 2 to 9 are made by the combination or otherwise of zero and/or number one. Nobody knows which came first whether zero or number one. Most probably they are reflection of the same divine power.

Number One

This relates to cosmic light; masculine; in Hindu Scripts called “lingam” referring to the divine penis. It signifies the essence of being. In space it signifies the Sun and gives white light. It gives cosmic vibrations but never receives same. Lingam can create alone, but the creation will not be perfect. For this lingam requires the services of Yoni. Its vibration pattern covers positive, negative and neutral spectrum. Number one is the most stable.

Number Two

It is made by lingam in full and a half yoni. It gets vibrations from number one only, shown as two times one or 1+1. Number two relates to the Moon and of orange colour. It generates a combination of positive and neutral vibration or a combination of negative and neutral vibrations. Number two is unstable.

Number Three

It is made by two half yoni. It gets vibrations from number 1 & 2; shown as three times one and 1+2. It gives most powerful cosmic vibration. The combination of 1 & 2 makes it a spectacular number. Number three relates to Jupiter and the colour is yellow. It gives positive vibrations often; in some instances it could be neutral but rarely negative. Number three hovers between stability and instability in a narrow range.

Number Four

It is made by three lingams. It gets vibrations from 1, 2 & 3; shown as four times one and 1+3 & 2+2. It is the reflection of the hidden and un-seen part of the Sun giving multi colours of dark shades. Number four is generally positive or neutral; at times it can be negative as well. It shuttles between stability and instability in a broad range.

Number Five

It is made by two lingams and a half yoni. It gets vibrations from 1, 2, 3 & 4; shown as five times one and 1+4 & 2+3. It is of green colour and relates to Mercury. Number five is mostly neutral and reflects stability of sort.

Number Six

It is made by one lingam and one yoni, the first occasion where both come in full. Since the yoni is placed underneath, as it should be, and to the left of number one, it generates spectacular positive energy and cosmic harmony. It relates to Venus and full of blue colour. Number six gets vibrations from 1,2,3,4 & 5; shown as six times one and 1+5,2+4,3+3. It is the second most stable number after number one.

Number Seven

It is made by two lingams and starved of yoni. It gets vibrations from 1.2.3.4.5 & 6 ; shown as seven times one and 1+6,2+5,3+4. It relates to the hidden or un-seen side of the moon giving multi colours of light shades. Number seven generates positive or negative energy at any given time; such that it is difficult to trace the trend. Number seven can be stable like number six or unstable like number two.

Number Eight

It is made by two yoni and starved of a lingam. It gets vibrations from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7; shown as eight times one and 1+7, 2+6, 3+5 & 4+4. It is relates to Saturn giving out purple, magenta and violet colours. Number eight generates positive or negative energy and never neutral energy. It reflects both stability and instability in similar fashion.

Number Nine

It is made by one lingam and one yoni, the second occasion where both come in full. Since the yoni is hoisted upward, there again on the right of the number one, it is antithesis to what we see in number six. Consequently, number nine generates destructive cosmic energy. If you add number nine to any integer the result remains same. For example 9+7 =16 which when added together gives you 7 once again. It gets vibrations from 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 & 8; shown as nine times one and 1+8,2+7,3+6 &4+5. It relates to Mars and of red colour. Number nine is most unstable.

Cosmic Colours

Monday, August 3rd, 2009

Every person is born with a cosmic colour; there are 12 cosmic colours. The cosmic colour in which you are born is permanent. It tells about you; your personality, fortune and many other aspects. It is something like a cosmic signature sealing your fate. By finding your cosmic colour you can adjust your life style to take advantage of the Cosmics and make your life a success. The cosmic colours consist of White, the mother of colours and 11 children. These cosmic colours are divided into three groups. Warm Spectrum contains three hot colours: red, orange and yellow in receding order. Neutral Spectrum contains hot to cold colours beginning with green and ending with blue; in between there are sea-green, turquoise and sky-blue. Cold Spectrum contains three cold colours: purple, magenta and violet. White colour cannot be grouped under any spectrum.

You will be wondering where is Black in this scheme. For your information black is not a cosmic colour; it is indeed absence of colour, something similar to dark night. We call white cosmic day and the black cosmic night. You can read about black colour in my earlier post Black Colour: Good, Bad and Ugly”. In this blog post let me give you a brief about the 12 cosmic colours and their impact and influence on you.

1. Red

Red represents body. It reflects an outgoing personality with positive outlook; considered as one of three basic colours red generates hot waves; it travels at a speed of 610 to 750 Nanometers (Nm), the highest for a cosmic colour. It gives full of zest; in youth red is a necessity and as one grows old red has problem of adjusting. Most red people have mid-life crises. Saying “Yes we can” often, red neither apologises nor asks for one. If you are red then you have abundant enthusiasm, a natural ability to weather any storms; lot of power and passion. You have more sexual vitality but generally with fewer children. You are an antithesis of Moon. You give no place to emotions; but you are angry often; because you cannot tolerate excuse and any social injustice. Communism took red colour for this purpose. Red delves deep; it goes to the basics all the time; strong, putting your foot down and standing erect. Red gives you stimulus in life, sports or business. However, as your vibrations are related to body only, thinking part takes back seat. Consequently, family or business harmony is generally impaired. Although red protects you and nourishes you it cannot balance itself. Red leads to heightened activity, without cosmic balance. Hence, many who are red end in having high blood pressure or heart ailments. Fire is your element, leading to prosperity if you have wisdom or to danger if you do not think twice.

2. Orange

Orange represents both body and mind. A derivative colour from the mixture of red and yellow orange has the luxury of personality and energy from red and wealth and wisdom from yellow. It also balances yin and yang energy. Physical warmth with mental desire makes you good in office as well in family. Main energy relates to your sexuality, as a result your partner is very fond of you. Orange generates moderate hot waves with a speed of 590 to 620 Nm. Orange also adjusts the negative effects of the Sun; hence you can team easily with people from both sides red and yellow. You always have mixed audience; either people like you or hate you. If you choose high visibility jobs you have this problem. Your element is water giving perennial youthfulness to you. Generally healthy, with “expelling systems” such as sweat, urine and stool in perfect working order you can party till the wee hours. When it comes to controversy, you are the most neutral person; when it comes to business risk taking you are an active person. Success and flamboyance on one side, smile and forbearance on the other side you are a perfect symbol of a Doer.

3. Yellow

Yellow is all about mind. Unlike red and orange your mood changes often, because yellow generates positive and negative vibrations in same wavelength. That is why yellow is called “the great equalizer”. The colour yellow acts in different ways: moderator, equalizer, eliminator and builder. It moderates sex and lust; equalizes your thoughts and actions; eliminates your depression; finally it builds up your body and energy. Since you have to do lot of rope walking in your life balancing this and that it will be difficult to be alert all the times. Your air element can give way; as a result either you will be on the top of everything or just pushed out to the bottom. Since your mental power is high you should guard against being lonely or engaging in un-social activities. Idle mind is devil’s workshop is very apt in your case. A materialistic person with a fashionable life style you will enjoy your childhood and the sunshine. Your positive features will take care of your mood changes. You are better placed in jobs that require quick thoughts along with much travelling or hard-work, because your breathing pattern goes down and then up energizing your body to withstand any pressure. Yellow gives low hot waves with a speed of 565 to 590 Nm.

4. Green

Green says go; it signifies entry into a new realm; from warm spectrum you go into neutral spectrum; green also signifies abundance, flesh and plumpness. In the visible spectrum of the sunlight green occupies large area; its speed ranges between 525 to 575 Nm. Green receives vibrations from three basic colours : red, yellow and blue. Made by a mixture of yellow and blue, green has both mind and soul; yellow representing mind and blue representing soul. Green is popular colour and ranked second in terms of preferred colour universally. Green is everywhere, the most pervasive colour in the universe. Remitting less hot and fairly colder waves green always moves horizontally. The colour green acts in number of ways; it modifies, rejuvenates and soothes. If you are green then you have peaceful and fresh mind as if you have swallowed mint. Stable and pleasant, you are an achiever in terms of position and wealth; in material goodness and spiritual blessing. Green makes you move forward in your chosen line to explore new ways of doing your work. Once it is exhausted you have to change career. Green is a colour that changes its hue between natural sunlight and artificial light; like -wise both your positive and negative sides will be in the limelight. For example your skills and deficiencies are seen by the external world. Green’s earth element gives you lot of patience and the ability to listen to others. Most people would pour their inner secrets as they see you as a person who can refresh them. Your business and family life is average. Like every average person you want more success; never satisfied with what you get you will want more and work more.

5. Sea-Green

In Latin it is called as viridian. This colour is a derivative one with a mixture of green with slightly darker blue. It reflects vastness and depth like an ocean. For specialised laser products scientist use viridian more than red laser. Viridian improves night vision as well. Colder than green Viridian travels in a speed of 520 to 540 Nm. If you are a viridian you can see things better than others do; your vision is rarely impaired. You can see through any person. Some may dub you as mind-reader. Though you appear to the outside world as a calm and collected person, inside your mind is boiling. You will never show your feelings and emotions. But you are emotional and stressful inside. Dissembler is the apt word to describe you. Any tough job shall suit you. Armed services, diplomatic postings, trouble-shooting etc., are areas where you will excel. Your element is generally earth with water; so you have breadth and depth together. Your body-frame is generally plump and your mental agility is that of a cheetah; “ you can kiss and kill” without much ado.

6. Turquoise

Al-Kazwini , astronomer and gemmologist said ”the hand that wears a turquoise (Gem) and seals with it will never see poverty”. Turquoise is the colour of wealth and wisdom; not only that, turquoise keeps negative vibrations away. Turquoise is a median colour between green and blue with a speed averaging around 500 Nm; since it is also a median colour between sea-green and sky-blue it is sometimes referred to as aquamarine. It combines the element of earth from green and element of soul from blue. This combination also gives rise to an element of water as well. It is the colour of Sufi Dervish ( mendicants) who saunter in the path of supreme glory. Generally preferred by men in their mid-forties, turquoise is full of sophistication, calm and stable growth, all aspects that you see in your mid-life. This colour makes you face any crises in mid-life career or family. Turquoise attracts lot of yin energy (female) from the cosmos. New relationship, especially from the female side blossoms; new avenues of employment open; you see a new spring in your life. If you are turquoise you have perfect balance in anything you do sports, business and social life. But due to additional element of water introduced by turquoise you may be tempted. Probably Eve showed Adam a Turquoise Apple.

7. Sky-blue

A primary colour in printing, Sky-blue is more bluish than turquoise colour and generally known as “aqua” as “cyan”. Sky-blue is an expansive colour like the sky. Its speed of 480 to 520 Nanometers makes it pretty colder than previous colours. Within sky-blue you see droplets of snow and water. It borders blue with more soul , less earth and a sprinkling of water as its elements. If you are sky-blue you are master of yourself. Warm and friendly towards others, you will demonstrate sympathy and empathy in equal measure. More blue in you makes you to think laterally and vertically. You will fit in high-task jobs that require quick and clear thinking : Astronauts, fighter pilots and similar jobs. You can persuade others in a soothing manner; hence good in marketing where persuasion rather than aggressiveness is required. You have depth and breadth; before doing a task you do complete study and a rehearsal perhaps. But you are too sincere and honest to tell a lie. That might embarrasses you in many instances. Unless your partner is hot and active, family life will be boring. Towards the end you may get into spiritual side more than materialism.

8. Blue

The number one favourite colour universally, blue is a basic colour like red and yellow. Generating cold waves blue travels in a speed between 450 to 500 Nanometer. Blue has both masculine and feminine features. Blue is marked for stable performance. It is all about trust between parties , bond between partners, relationship between men and women. Unlike red and yellow, the colour blue is for long term. It is used in engagement and nuptial rings. While red is for body, yellow is for mind blue is about the soul. Inspiration, devotion, fidelity, friendship, trusts and confidence blue covers those aspects that keep human race moving forward. Blue represents the sky and infinity. If you are blue, then you have all these qualities. You appreciate beauty, wisdom and faithfulness. You trust others and in turn expect them to trust you. You are intuitive, intelligent , and smart and like to spend life in full. Blue moves vertically therefore constancy is your hall mark ; you dine in the same restaurant and enjoy the same music. You talk less and work more. However, your feelings of sincerity and sophistication will not be shared by many. You will be caught in the web of deceit on and off. You forgive the culprits but again they repeat it. Unless you are monitored by your partner in life you will have serious issues in family, job and finance.

9. Purple

Purple is a mixture of red and blue; it has red instability and blue stability. If it is bluer we call it Indigo and if it is redder we call it pink. With red and blue mesmerizing, you always go from one extreme to other. The Kings and emperors liked it; you know how these monarchs behave; one day they reward and on another occasion they punish. Preferred colour in teens, many girls wears purple clothes reflecting their mood changes. It contains warm and cool features. Travelling in a wavelength between 425 to 450 Nanometers, purple shows instability. If you are purple you like wealth, luxury and flamboyance on the one hand and engage in intrigue or conspiracy on the other. You wade between secularism and spiritual inquiry. Either you are sexist or abstain from sex. You have hidden knowledge and a good material to become an eccentric or mystic. Purple is the first step towards mysticism. You also can serve in service providers that improve the life of people generally.

10. Magenta

A mixture of yellow and purple, magenta is a magnificent colour. In the mystical order, magenta is in mid-course. Magenta works in wavelength between 400 to 420 Nm and used in the printing industry as a foundation colour. It expels negative elements and gives purity of mind; it provides you with stable and strong body. Magenta is a bridge between finite and infinity. If you are magenta you have lot of inner power; innovative and searching mind. You can mind-read and do clairvoyance. You will fit into administrative jobs where lot of organizational ability is required. Though your physical body is not in good shape your internal organs especially those connected with mucus, hormones and semen are in top form. If positive you will be a brilliant administrator; if negative you are a time-pusher.

11. Violet

A mixture of sky-blue with yellow, violet is the coolest colour with a wavelength of 380 to 435 Nanometers. A bluish purple colour, violet can read hidden matters like a “violet lamps”. Violet reaches the highest point in spirituality and is an embodiment of the Subtle. Violet is the colour of infinity. Violet can heal diseases, expels evils and genies; it energizes anyone on earth. If you are violet then you are a path-finder, innovator par excellence. You have perfect control over all your elements. You are a colossus to whom family , business and colleagues cling to.

12. White

It is the cosmic day; mother of all colours. If you are white, you are a pure, simple person, with clarity of thoughts & actions ; you show sincerity, coolness and composure. You can begin a task well and end it well. You exhibit a quality of perfectness and cleanliness. If you are too kind you will be short-changed, though. You are an angel.

Seven Stages of Sleep

Sunday, August 2nd, 2009

You need sleep; it makes you relax; provides you rest; enables your body to produce and release hormones; repairs body-cells. After a good night’s sleep you awake in the morning as fresh as spring. In sleep you go through a number of stages. Nobody can get into bed and start sleeping soundly, immediately. You go through a cycle of sleep patterns which are called as stages of sleep. In this blog post I describe the Seven Stages of Sleep. First three stages involve body and mind. In the fourth stage the soul enters, but inactive. In the last three stages it is the soul that directs operations, pushing body and mind inactive.

A) Body & Mind

Psychologists have studied the process of sleep on the basis of the inter-play between body and mind. They negate a role for the soul. The stages of sleep with the inter-play of body and mind are described below:

1. Stage One: Light Sleep

This is the beginning where you lie down in the bed and attempt to catch-up sleep. The body slows down gradually; muscle activity is low except for occasional twitching. By this time you experience about 50 % reduction in body activity. Brain is active; it sends out theta waves with a speed of 4 to 7 cycles per second. Generally the stage lasts about 5 to 20 minutes from the time you get into the bed. You spend just about 5 % of the total sleep time in this stage.

2. Stage Two: Moderate Sleep

As you move to this stage your breathing pattern stabilizes; heart-rate slows. Muscle activity goes up and corresponds with the brain activity emanating both positive and negative waves. Still the brain sends out theta waves. Overall body temperature increases slightly and your body prepares itself for the next stage of deep sleep. You spend around 25 to 40 minutes in this stage. Overall about 50 % of your total sleep time is spent in this stage.

3. Stage Three: Deep Sleep

As you proceed to this stage your body has slowed down to its barest minimum, with very little muscle activity. Your breathing is fairly rhythmic. The brain sends out delta waves, very slow, from 1 to 4 cycles per second. You spend around 50 to 60 minutes in this stage before moving to the next. Overall, 15 to 20 % of your total sleep time is spent in this stage. Mild, moderate and deep sleep account for 80 to 120 minutes before you go to the stage of dream sleep. Most of the times you will go to and fro, between moderate and deep sleeps before you get into the dream sleep.

4. Stage Four: Dream Sleep

As the name says, this stage is where you start dreaming. You see visions like as if you are watching a cinema or TV show. As a result you have rapid eye movements, where eyes move left and right, up and down; hovering eyes as if you are travelling. Hence, this stage is known as “Rapid Eye Movement (REM) Sleep”. Except for your eyes most of your body is in paralysis. As you start dreaming, the brain releases an amino acid called Glycine that makes your muscles immobile. This is the nature’s way of safeguarding, otherwise while you dream you may tend to act out of it. For example, you dream raging fire in a nearby bush that gives you fright and you run for cover. Physically you can’t run out of the bed because your muscles are immobile, but in the dream you do that.

You will experience this paralysis particularly in the chin to neck area. However occasional twitching of muscle takes place in face, fingers and sometimes in the legs. Your heart-rate speeds up; brain waves speed up. The brain sends out alpha waves with a speed of 8 to 13 cycles per second. Incidentally, you experience alpha waves while you are awake and alert as well. Your body temperature is up. You spend around 10 to 60 minutes in dream stage. You see sequences of dream which last something like 5 to 20 minutes. The sequences vary in time length and in numbers. Overall you spend about 20 to 25 % of your total sleep time in dream sleep.

B)  Body, Mind and Soul

After the dream stage you will step down to deep, moderate and mild sleep and once again the cycle begins. So in sleeping you go through the stages in a number of cycles and wake up in the morning fresh. So far the stages relate to the inter-play between body and mind. At the Fourth stage, that is, Dream Sleep something remarkable happens. The soul enters the equation. If you size up with the soul you can go through the fifth, sixth and seventh stages. Otherwise you have to be satisfied with one to four stages only.

The abode of soul called “Lathifa Ruhi” in Arabic is on the right chest, from where it emits Cosmics in combination of colour rays including the ones in the rainbow. These cosmics are targeted on the abode of mind called “Lathifa Qalbi” on the left chest. These cosmics are in-visible. From the birth time till death a person receives trillions of cosmic colour darts from the soul.

When soul takes command, it departs from your body on journeys outward, temporarily ceasing the emitting of cosmics. Hence, the last three stages are called journeys; mild, moderate and deep journeys. Here the body is placed as if in a coma. Brain emits zero cycle delta waves, too slow to be reckoned with.

5. Stage Five: Mild Journey

In this stage Soul goes on journey in the known universe; it breaks the Time barrier. Soul can travel in timeless fashion in past or future. Soul can see, hear, touch, smell but cannot speak. Soul acts in passive manner, that is, it would not interfere in the activities of others. Furthermore, soul cannot move out of terrestrial (earth) boundary. This stage is similar to the meditation phase of “Shahood” ( Evidence) experienced by the Sufis.

6. Stage Six: Moderate Journey

In this stage the soul goes a step higher, breaking the Time and Space barriers. Soul can see, hear, touch, smell and speak, but cannot taste. Soul acts in positive manner, that is. It can intervene in the actions of others. For example, soul can arbitrate a settlement between two feuding brothers. Moreover, soul would travel in the celestial arena as well – bypassing stars, planets and other celestial bodies. This stage is similar to the meditation phase of “Fatah” ( Victory) experienced by the Sufis.

7. Stage Seven: Deep Journey

In this stage , soul goes much higher, breaking Time, Space and Being barriers. Soul can see, hear, touch, smell, speak and taste. Soul acts in inclusive manner, that is, soul can command as well as carry out tasks. For example, soul can order the angels to save astronauts from an exploding space station and goes to the scene to bail them out. This stage is similar to the meditation phase of “Fanaa” ( Extinction) experienced by the Sufis.

After the journeys are over, soul returns to the body; re-start emitting of cosmics in colour rays. At this moment the brain speeds up delta waves from zero to a positive integer per second. The record of the events in the journey is then implanted into the brain. It is something similar to the use of flash/pen drive for our external work and loading it to the base computer. Consequently, the mind can remember the journeys very well: angels singing, genies squirming and birds serenading.
