What is expected from Iran for the last three decades is going to happen; Iran is turning towards the West. The cosmic forecast of Iran indicates a big turning point that will change the entire area of Geopolitics. Most countries including United States would normalize relationship with Iran and stand to gain. Some countries headed by Germany would go down as losers. Let me explain in this blog post the Cosmic Forecast of Iran in terms of Astronomy, Cosmics and the list of Gainers and Losers.

Astronomy

I observed the sky of Tehran, Iran as the New Moon began its monthly journey on the Sunday 18 October, 2009 at 9.03 a.m. The Eastern Sky had five planets in the raw: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus and Saturn. All these Planets are posited in the Virgo Constellation at this time. Incidentally, Al-Biruni, the famous Arab Astronomer identified major part of Persia (Now Iran) coming under the Virgo Constellation. The astro – position of the planets this time are given below:

1 The Star Spica (Alpha Virginis) the brightest star in the Virgo constellation was flanked by both the Sun and the Moon; Sun sights it on the south-west whereas the Moon sees it on the North. A blue binary star of 0.95 magnitude with a spectral class of B1 located 262 light years away, Spica is positioned on the wheat sheaf in the left hand of the ever green Virgin. This star is all about setting standards and maintaining discipline; it is about ethics and planned efforts; it is about norms and practices

2. The star Poorima (Gamma Virginis) a white colour star of 3.40 magnitude with a spectral class of F0 located 39 light years away is positioned on the waist of the ever green Virgin. Al-Biruni called it as a “ Turn”. This star signifies an about turn from the evil or dangerous path to good and beneficial path. The Planet Mercury sights this star on the north-west direction

3. The star Zaniah (Eta Virginis) a yellow star of 3.85 magnitude with a spectral class of A2 located 250 light years away is positioned on the left arm of the Virgin. It symbolizes amusement and enjoyment of life and its pleasures; Chinese treated the star as maintainer of Law. The Planet Venus sights this star on the south-east direction

4. The star Zavijaya (Beta Virginis ) a pale yellow star of 3.61 visual magnitude with a spectral class of F9 located 36 light years away is positioned on the top of the winged right shoulder of the ever green Virgin. It signifies the choice of a right teacher or master to lead one into the right path. The Planet Saturn sights this star on south-west direction.

Lunar Mansion & Cosmics

The new moon starts its journey from the Fourteenth Arabic Lunar Mansion (Manzil) of “Al-Simak” which means “Un-armed”.

This Manzil denotes the western direction, equal opportunity and a win-win situation. It beams powerful light onto the hitherto dark situation. Moreover, the Manzil indicates prudence, care and equanimity. As the name suggests there will be a farewell to arms. Iran becomes an accepted nuclear power, regional power and an anchor for peace and stability in the global scene.

Gainers

The Cosmic Forecast is set below; please note that, it does not take part overnight but over a period of time.

United States normalizes its relation with Iran, supplies nuclear fuel for its reactors, builds reactors and refineries and undertakes infra structure projects such as roads, railway, shipyards etc. USA supplies arms and advanced technology and becomes number one trading partner

Turkey follows suit in similar manner with emphasis on joint collaboration in infra-structure, buildings and military hardware along with commodity trading. It also becomes the key conduit for Iran’s gas and crude oil in several pipeline projects

France jumps the gun and offers nuclear reactors, advanced planes and radars etc. France also undertakes cultural, literary and sports training not to forget film, fashion and arts

Russia doubles its efforts to ink more deals on Oil & Gas. Russia is bent on “ Pipelinistan “ a concept linking Turkey, Iran, Central Asian Countries and Russia to join together for the supply of the region’s liquid assets to Far –East, Eastern- Europe , Caucasus and to Western – Europe and continue to close deals for its companies like “Gasprom”. Russia also supplies advanced war planes and military assets to establish Iran as a strong power in Persian Gulf. More than that Russia completes “ Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant“ and comes with couple more to generate much needed electricity

Syria goes deeper as the most trusted and tested partner and binds itself in cooperation in every economic and social activities

Brazil and Venezuela are cast in the role of making Iran a great trading partner for the Latin America. Bolivia and Nicaragua also joins the bandwagon

China gets more oil and goes up-beat in selling all the junk it has which is not wanted by the Americans now. In any case China always believes in soft power

Other gainers include Italy, Spain, India, Indonesia, Scandinavian and almost the entire Non-aligned group of countries.

Losers

Germany, the fellow Aryan Country gets the top slot amongst the losers. It sees its trade volume and share in the Iran cake dwindling in staggering speed

Israel is dubbed as the second best loser; neither it has nuclear one-manship in the Middle East nor it has monopoly clout to influence the future trends in the region

Britain goes to dog house be it David Cameron or Gordon Brown in the helms

Other laggards include most of the Arab countries except for Iraq, Lebanon and the Palestine.

Celestial bodies constantly move from one position to another, each time signalling what action is cosmically good for the world. The President of the United States is the number one citizen of this earth. And the responsibility is primarily cast on him. On Sunday March 22, the sky had a significant alignment not seen for the last 100 years or so. Seven planets and two bright stars were almost on a straight line. It heralds great opportunity for the United States in particular and the World in general. Let me briefly touch on this alignment of seven planets and two stars in this blog post and the related cosmics of how Barack Obama should face up to the events unfolding in nine countries including the United States.

The Alignment

From the vantage point of the holy city of Jerusalem, I looked at the Eastern sky at 6.00 a.m. on Sunday March 22, 2009. I traced the Moon first. From there when I drew a line towards east I can extend my view up to the Sun. In between these two luminaries I sketched Star Dorsum, Jupiter, Neptune, Mars, Star Hydor, Mercury and Uranus. So I see seven planets and two magnificent stars. Incidentally, the planet Neptune is close to the Star Deneb Algedi where it was found by Astronomer Galle working under the direction of Astronomer Le Verrier at the Berlin Observatory on September 23, 1846. For the benefit of my readers I like to sketch details of the Stars Dorsum and Hydor.

Dorsum

Astronomically known as theta Capricorni, Dorsum is a double star located in the back of the sea-goat Capricorn. The Latin word dorsum means “ the back”. Belonging to the class of A 1 V, it is a main sequence dwarf star giving a brilliant white hue. It is 156 light years away and has visual magnitude of 4.1. Rotating almost 72 miles per second, it is a fast action star sitting on the elliptical path. This star coming between the Moon and the Sun in considered as heralding good times.

Hydor

Astronomically known as lambda Aquari , Hydor is a variable star located at the bend of the steam of water pouring out of the Jar the water carrier Aquarius holds. The Latin name Hydor means “ water”. It is also known as Ekkhysis from Greek Meaning “ outpouring”. Belonging to the class of M 2 III , it is a red giant giving bright red hue. It is 390 light years away and has visual magnitude of 3.7. Rotating away from earth one mile per second it is a slow moving star sitting on the elliptical path. This star is surrounded by about 100 small stars. In Hindu mythology, the star symbolizes the god Varuna, who has several roles to play: the god of ocean and water; the deity of the Moon; the guardian of Western direction; the god who can revive the dead; Varuna is also classified as Ashura and Deva in mythology. The surrounding stars are 100 Adityas , celestial bodies of goddess Adithi and Kasyapas known for their skills as physicals. This star coming between the Moon and the Sun in considered as heralding good times.

Now let me give you how this relates to the cosmics of nine selected countries and how Barack Obama should face up to these countries.

Cosmics of Nine Selected Countries

1. United States: From Globo Cop to Globo Console

The USA is changing its role getting out of the idea of using force to start consulting and consolidating. This remarkable change is good omen for the global economy and politics. Exit route in Iraq and Afghanistan is shown; recession is on the waning side. New and dependent relationship with Asia is forecast with China replacing Japan as the main partner. It is time to reflect on nuke issue with Iran and North Korea pragmatically. Once again confidence is brimming. Barack Obama is fixing many leaks at one and the same time, he should continue to do so as directed by the star Hydor.

2. Russia : Wild Bear to Terrific Tiger

Czar Putin would continue to rattle Europe, to vent anger on USA; he brings Russian winter to incalcitrant Europe by withdrawing gas in right time; but he can be a good partner too provided Barack Obama plays up to him all his Judo tackles. Russia’s unique position in traversing Europe and Asia should be explored. Russia on rise and bringing the terrific country into world’s financial and trading system in orderly manner is key priority for USA and would be done. Russia as partner and not as enemy is the likely proposition for Barack Obama.

3. China: Yellow Peril to Yellow Dawn

Both Napoleon Bonaparte and Nikita Khrushchev got it right; Napoleon said “ Do not wake China the sleeping Giant” Khrushchev went further and said “ China is yellow peril”. China is becoming both military and economic power but weak in politics. The expression “Yellow Dawn” is not mine. One of my colleagues Angel Garrett uses it as her Yahoo ID. But it is very apt for China as a rising giant with lot of yellow hue. Earlier European generals feared the Russian army in their backyard; now the world would be careful that the Chinese armed forces are not around . Barack Obama has to repeat the mantra of “Open Sesame” and get Chinese money flow into U S bonds and investments once again.

4. India: Nowhere to go Except to the Moon

Unlike China, India is reeling; her foreign policy is in shambles; neighbours have no good word for her; balancing priorities and policies have gone haywire. Facing an Election that would bring a hung parliament, India is in the bad books of every country. Nobody fears the Greek bringing gifts now; but they hate when Indians are invading their job markets. With abundant cheap labour especially in IT industry India is a head-ache for Barack Obama. With China he can come into terms be it Yuan appreciation or continuous buying of US Government bonds or WTO safeguards. What he can do with Indian cheap labour inside USA? It has touched raw nerve centres. Hence, Barack Obama talks with China seriously but just say hello to India. So Indians would better go to the Moon.

5. Indonesia: From Democracy to Demo Crazy

The fourth populous country and a brimming democracy, Indonesia has arrived in the global scene. Barack Obama was wise to send the Secretary of State on her first official mission underlining the importance of Indonesia. Japan has been always wise in giving the largest aid to this country; Australia got messed up; first it is East Timor and then interfering in domestic affairs. China plays balanced game knowing too well the strategies in the Malaccan Strait. Incumbent President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, popularly known as SBY is seeking re-election. He is dismissed by the electorate as America’s pet. Barack Obama got it over the plate; he must move carefully in an orchestrated manner to ensure Susilo re-elected , lest the Russians would be there. Barack Obama knows the country and its potential from his childhood days. And for all that there were low key demos by the Indonesians against Ms Clinton.

6. Japan : Flogging the Dead Horse

You look at the faces of Japan’s leaders; haggard old and laggard. So is the country. Japanese are fast losing the stamina and their dollars. Any entanglement with North Korea is devastating. Let China handle the case. Japanese are well advised to play second flute to USA, Russia or China in that order. Economic woes and political instability continue to harangue. Japan shall build more bridges with Asean countries and emerging tigers such as Brazil. It already has sizeable Brazilians inside Japan. Another turn is to go for Turkey & Germany together with Indonesia. Barack Obama has Japan on his side; Like the God Varuna and his 100 companions he has to cure the ills of two counties USA Japan at one and the same time.

7. Germany : Buried with the Bundesbank

Nobody underestimates the power and potency of this Aryan nation. Rising nationalism, this time non-Nazi will push the country to go out of the Euro loop. Germany was too preoccupied with the European integration and defending the Euro, the ruling currency of a motley group. Other than Gerhard Schroeder, the most successful socialist Prime Minister all others are rightists. Their apparent mistake is to ignore the Turkish population living inside the county and friendly Brazil, where the majority of the Nazis fled at the end of world War Two. Barack Obama should prod the Germans to continue this policy so that Bundesbank would be deeply buried in Europe.

8. Turkey : East or West, Turkey is Best

Nobody visualizes NATO without Turkey; that is where Turkey is heading to. Slowly and gradually the Turkish army has to give up directing both domestic and foreign policy. Recep Tayyip Erdo?an, the prime minister of Turkey is not only a nationalist but a pragmatist too. How long he can wait to join the EU? How long Northern Cyprus could be isolated? Russia and China would be glad to get Turkey in Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), which groups Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan (Turkic Ethnic Group) with Russia and China. Iran is an observer country already. The loss of Turkey would be colossal. Barack Obama is scheduled to visit Turkey in April. He has to bypass both NATO and EU and sign with Turkey a “Special Relationship”, modelled on the unwritten agreement between USA & UK existing now. More than Europe America just cannot lose Turkey.

9. Iran : The Empire Strikes Back

Persia was an empire and Iran is an empire. Like Germany this Aryan nation made telling mistakes. One is to change its name to Iran. Winston Churchill famously said “ I do not know which is what Iran or Iraq”. Ever since she became Iran the country is smouldering in fire. To add to this is the incendiary branch of Islam known as “Shiaism”. But Iran is a great country with pride and tradition. It also has immense resources including educated and cultured manpower. Hospitality is something the Iranians are proud of. They are not hostile to foreigners least to the Americans. Barack Obama has made a tactful start with the message for Iranian people on the Iranian New Year, Nowruz; the time is excellent but the context was rattling. Ayatollah Ali Khameni was prompt in accepting the timing and dismissing the context. No threat can work with the Empire. Parodying Winston Churchill “ Which is fearsome: Iranian Nukes or the Army of Iranian women garbed in the Black Chador? Incoming Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu is pitched on the former, of course, with disastrous consequences; but Barack Obama has to concentrate on the latter. It is time to Americanize the country. He should not repeat the mantra “ unclenching the fist” but “ disrobing the chador”. A westernised Persia is a safety valve for America. Barack Obama has to move in that direction faster.

As the Jewish nation marks the beginning of Yom Kippur minutes before sun-down on Wednesday the 8th October 2008, Israel begins to celebrate the holiest and important holiday known as “Day of Atonement” that comes after 10 days of repentance, in the 7th month of Tisheri in the Jewish calendar and the nagging thought of what to do about a Nuclear Iran . Traditionally, the Blowing of shofar (horn) Takes place in Yom Kippur. But will the drums beat and beagle blow for a war with Iran?

Political expediency set apart, signals from the cosmos would indicate where Israel is heading for. Will there be a quick and indecisive war or a period of prolonged uneasy peace? At sun-down on 8th October viewing from Jerusalem the heavens above show the following:

1. The moon was on 8.8 days old in the first quarter indicating some tough decision-making is right at the corner. Such a decision would be anchored upon the raw strength of military calculation meshed with pragmatic consideration. The Moon is on the 24th mansion of Al-Shad – al-Suud (most fortunate of the fortunate), hence, it forecasts that the army can be sent forth on a successful mission.

2. The Moon sights M75 Globular, a vast cluster of almost 130 light years in diameter, standing some 67,500 light years away from the earth with a visual magnitude of 8.5. This cluster is about 180,000 times brighter than the Sun. Due to the massive nature of the cluster the Moon sights the implication is that the assignment for the Israeli forces would be a very tough one. Either it must be concentrated attack over several sites at one and the same time or just a mission that would botch like the one President Carter undertook years back

3. When I checked the position of Mars, the planet of war it gives a different outlook. Mars is hemmed between the Sun and Venus almost in direct line on the south-west direction. In fact Mars is almost equidistant between the two. The Sun touches right Ascension (RA) 13th hour Venus on RA 15th hour and Mars just passing RA 14th hour. Mars is in a non-threatening triangle formation with Kappa and Lambda Virginis, two stars in the 5th Magnitude, located more towards the western part of the Virgo Constellation. Lambda Virginis is known as Khambalia, a Coptic word meaning “crooked & clawed”; In Arabic it relates to the word “Khamr” the wine. It also stands for secrets of divinity in cosmics. On another angle it also indicates forgiveness yet another divine quality. Does Israel possesses the necessary intelligence regarding the nuclear sites of Iran or she is ready to live with Iran with the power of mutually assured destruction?

4. At the end of line stands Venus, the Goddess of Love and significantly pretty close to Zuben Elgenubi located at RA 14th hour and 88/100 minutes and Declination at 15 degree 87/100 minutes. This star also faces Mars directly. Known in Arabic Al-Zuban –al-Janubiah (the claw of the south). It is also known as Al-kiffah-al-Janubiah (south tray of scale) & Al-Wazn –al- Janubiah (weight of the south). Modern authors have called it simply as Kiffa Australis or South Scale. Al-Biruni holding a different connotation used the word Zaban meaning “Push” that is, the star pushes the other stars. Zuben Elgenubi is a double star alpha 1 of pale yellow colour & 3rd magnitude and alpha 2 of light gray colour & 6th magnitude. Both the star Zuben Elgenubi and Venus are in the Libra Constellation. The star generally foretells serious losses and destruction for the city or country. However, the Libra Constellation and the fact Venus is now there makes the chance of war very minimal. May be Al-Biruni is right; instead of pushing for war Israel might push for start secret negotiations with Iran for a settlement.

5. The question mark is how Saturn behaves in the heaven. Al-Biruni classified Jerusalem under the influence of Leo Constellation. Right now Saturn is there in Leo at RA 11th hour 18/100 minutes. At this pint Saturn has an open-ended V formation with two stars. Sigma Leo a 4.1 magnitude star and 59 Leo a 5.1 magnitude star. Let me digress for a moment. Leo constellation commemorates the war between Hercules and the Nemean Lion. Although the Lion bit off Hercules’ finger ultimately he kills the lion. As far as Saturn stays in the Leo constellation , the idea of war would be ever present in the mind of Israeli leaders.

6. It is widely expected that Israel will launch an attack between November 4 the Election Day in United State and January 20, 2009 Inauguration Day of the 44th President of the USA. When I traced these days, I found an interesting phenomenon. Saturn continues to have some relationship with Sigma Leo till it bids goodbye to Leo Constellation on or about 8th September 2009. Since Sigma Leo, is at the bottom of the right hind leg of the Lion and the fact that the drawing is sketched such that the Lion keeps right hind leg as back foot (the left hind leg is in front) the presumption is any military action would be kept on back-burner.

Therefore, it is clear that the talk of attacking nuclear sites in Iran is for the domestic consumption in Israel rather than a serious military assignment. The price to be paid for an attack on nuclear sites in Iran would be much higher than the price for having a period of un-easy peace.
